The room AC didn¿t work, I couldn¿t sleep in Madrid temperature 39 degrees C when ask for my money back they just gave me one night back. This is the worst place ever. Never coming again.

Great location close to restaurants, stores, metro station and shopping. Breakfast was included.

The check in was terrible. It took forever and she did not smile or look happy to be there at all. Room was horrible. It was in the lobby. I've never had a room in the lobby. There is a bar in front and that's what you hear all night. Turn it into storage

A/C / heater was not working. The hallway can get noisy and wake you up.

Location is good. Near a metro. Rooms clean. Housekeeping came every day to refresh room and that was nice.

The room was efficient. No dish towels or detergent for doing up dishes. Our room looked like it hadn't been finished being remodeled compared to our family's room. For the price I expected more.

Pretty close to city center.

No way this is right for the price. Felt like everything was put together from 50 other buildings. Broken switches, A/C didn't work. Courtans were full of dust. There was a persistent electric burnt in the lobby. No way this worth 150eur /night. This is not a boutique hotel.

Location is good.

Staff is in a bad mood, the bedroom facilities in toilet such as air conditioning not working. Also the bedroom wasn’t cleaned enough. Floor definitely dirty.

It is located in the best area in madrid, close to everything and very close to the metro station

Where do I begin. Wifi didn’t work the entire week I was there. When I asked the staff they just kept telling me they have to call the internet provider. I didn’t have hot water for 2 days. At the end of the stay i had no power in my room and they had to move me to a different room. Beds are awful. They don’t even give you dish soap to wash your dishes.

No one spoke English . No amenities. Lots of dust in the room. Very noisy from outside . Window did not work well . During blackout , no one to help with darkness in the stairs

Walls paper thin could here room next door so did not sleep well the 1st night at all. The sockets were loose on the wall

Location is great and the rooms are super clean

The apartments are advertised as air conditioned but when asking about the AC, it appears that it only operational from 01/05 so we couldn’t enjoy it. We suffered from a sewerage smell in the room from time to time. Closet doesn’t even have a shelf in it.

Nice breakfast at a bar 100 meters from the hotel.

Perfectly located, great value for the money. Prices fluctuate quite irrationally but… Some of the staff where GREAT! Some not so good a bit confrontational.

location. room was spacious. cleaning lady was very kind.room itself was clean.

fridge was dirty (hair and plastic stuck in the freezer, half of it was clogged with ice build-up).Shower worked fine, but the finish on fosset was an attempt to glue it to the wall, still leaving a hole, where water from the shower is seeping into the wall. The couch wasn’t for 2 people. Walls are really thin. Could hear everything. There were cups/plates/cutlery but no cleaning products.
