Rooms bathroom facilities were very nice

The location was fantastic! The staff were lovely and the reception area was very nicely presented.Bathroom was nice and modern with a lovely shower.

The rooms were too small to have a second pull-out bed in (we were staying with our Daughter). The white walls had scuff marks all over them which wasn't pleasing to the eye. The room could do with a quick lick of paint.The light hangings were too low - I amost hit my head on them getting out of bed. Also, there was no television in the room which I found very odd. It would have been nice to have something to watch in the evening when our Daughter went to sleep.

location was very central. less than 10mins from Plaza del Sol (centre). staff very friendly and having reception 24hrs available was very convinient.

Very nice location, as it is walkable to main spots in Madrid. Shops and restaurants around. Nice staff and facilities.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When I arrived, the room was not properly cleaned — there was visible dirt and dust, and I even noticed mold in certain areas. This made the room feel uncomfortable and unhygienic. I expected better cleanliness and maintenance for the price. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleaning standards for future guests.

We did have a problem with A/C and it was cold. But staff arranged a heater. Room was small if we stayed more than one day would be a bit boring.

The hotel was clean, confortable, staff was very helpfull, good value for money. Excelent location.

Location of the Hotel. Your Staff is absolutely wonderful

Bedroom very uncomfortable. Too tiny. Not enough room to unpack a suitcase, or to set the suitcase. Too pricy for the space provided. Bathroom has no place to put your clothes and toiletries

it’s centrally located and near many restaurants and museums

the size of the room is small and the bed was not the best

Staff was friendly and responsive. The location was convenient with ample restaurant options in the area. The room was sparse but adequate. The private terrace was nice.

The ability to operate the two bedside lights independently would have been nice. We found that one switch turns both off and on. Access to the private terrance is a tight squeeze around the bed -- but doable. There were no coffee pods provided at the machine near the elivator. When I asked about them I was told they had been left in the room -- which they had not. There were 4 pods left for us after the room clean on our first day. The next morning the machine worked just fine. However on the last morning the machine "ate" our remaining two pods without producing any coffee.

One Shot Prado is very well located trendy hotel with an excellent staff.

I have stayed there before so I can compare how it was a couple of years ago and how it was this time. Room needs upkeep. A/C wasn’t working well. Furniture needs tender, loving care. Some shower tiles had mold in some of the grout and baseboards were sponging from water damage. Definitely not the same One Shot of the past.

Location location location!!

Air conditioning not working all time. Nozy - we were in a room located street sideThe installation showing wear. It would help that the direction management revamp the place.
