Staff was great. The kitchen was amazing We had the best food from the hotel. By far.

Nope. There are some minor maintenance issues but that's always the case.

Excellent location to explore Madrid Centro. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the hotel bikes to explore the city.

Las almohadas y la cama un poco duras para mi gusto, pero la habitaci¿n amplia y c¿moda. Lo recomiendo.

Unbeatable location across the street from the Retiro Park, walking distance from the Prado Museum and Madrid city center. Room was comfortable and clean, staff was responsive and courteous. All in all, an ideal place to enjoy your visit in Madrid.

Beautiful room and great location

I ordered the "romantic package" which supposedly included wine and chocolate, and we received neither. When I asked, they brought us champagne but no chocolate, but by that time I gave up. It's the principal, and the fact that I paid more.

Fantastic staff; knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. Nice rooms; good size and well organized. Everything clean and in working order. Great location. Reasonable prices. This will be my return place in any trip to Madrid in the future.

Friendly and efficient staff. Lovely building. Rooms clean and practical with everything you need.

Hotel was close to everything.

Shower had hand held nozzle. Prefer overhead nozzle, so I can have fast shower. The handheld and rain shower head is hard for washing hair.

The breakfast was very good and varied, and the staff working in the breakfast area were amazing. The cleanliness was excellent

Although I had booked a two-bedroom room, I was initially given a room with four beds in a single space. When I explained that this was not the room I had reserved, I was told that the hotel has different room types and that I should accept the one provided. I stated that this was not the room I had paid for, and only then was I informed that I could be moved to the correct room, provided that the toilet in the first room had not been used (!).Due to the cold weather, I had to wait at the reception for a long time with my baby. Unfortunately, the reception staff were very slow and did not seem attentive. Their level of English made communication difficult.Additionally, there were no nearby markets or dining options in the area. Based on this experience, I would not choose this hotel again in the future

Great location if you wanted to visit art galleries. A bit further away from the city.

Some of the paintwork was in poor condition. An unpleasant smell from the bathroom , only helped by leaving the windows open- not good in January

everything was great, but room furniture looks cheap.

The staff upgraded my room and I had an amazing little patio with a view of the park! It made my stay feel extra special, thank you

Mr Fede at the reception was friendly and helpful. Ms Toni at the restaurant was welcoming during our daily breakfast. Room service and food variety in the morning was up to expectations.

The hotel did not allow for late checkout.

The location next to Retiro Park was amazing and a short walking to hang out at the Ritz. Excellent service from the manager.

Excellent location, service and rooms. Staff very friendly and the rooms clean. Retiro park is just crossing the street. The breakfast was very good.

The shower was not the most friendly for kids. Slippery and difficult to bathe them.

Friendly staff. Lovely location opposite to Retiro Park and easy walking distance to city centre.
