Great location in the Madrid theater district

Room was small, had twin beds on rollers with very squeaky springs.

Good location. Grat staff. Small rooms It does not cover the expectations because of the number of stars. This is a 2 stars hotel in the us. you can pay for the location but be sure to know that the hotel does not have anything special.

They put me on 6 floor (have to climb one floor by stairs) and reclined roof where I knocked my head. They changed the room the next night. I had to walk outside to next building

Tidy , clean, location

Location, location, location! Staff where very friendly and helpful. Nearby the Santo Domingo metro station. Noise cancelling windows are fantastic. You cannot hear anything from the street when closed. Rooms are very clean, great shower and comfortable bathroom. Again, did I say location? A+!

Beds and pillows could be more comfortable and plush, respectively.

My bed was very comfortable. The entire Hotel was clean and the Staff was very nice.

I have no complaints. The hotel was centrally located in Madrid and I got most places by foot very easily

Rooms were noise free!

Front door to building didn't work most of the time even with key. Sometimes we wait outside for someone after-ringing bell for a-few times at night after being out.

The ďesk staff was friendly and very helpful with questions. Breakfast was amazing and the dad kept everything stocked and clean. The rooms were very clean.

The (frosted) glass door on the bathroom is a problem when you would like privacy. Really, when did this become a thing? The light switches were next level confusing but we got it figured out after a few days.

Very small room, the AC wasn’t working so it was super hot in the room and they didn’t change us because they said apparently it was full.. super tiny bathroom, it’s not in the best area as street don’t feel safe

The hotel is located in a very convenient spot – close enough to the main street for easy access, yet tucked away in a quieter area. It’s only a 5-minute walk from Gran Vía, which makes it ideal for exploring the city while still enjoying a peaceful setting. The property is very clean, and the staff at reception as well as throughout the hotel were welcoming, professional, and eager to help. The Wi-Fi connection was also strong and reliable.

On the downside, the room felt a little small, so I would recommend choosing a larger option if available. The hotel also lacks extra facilities such as a pool or conference room, which could have added to the experience. Another issue was the air conditioning – it was very weak, and during hot days it became quite uncomfortable, with no real solution offered by the hotel. The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, though that’s a matter of personal preference. In terms of value for money, the price is fairly standard for Madrid, though I believe there’s still room for improvement.
