No iron machine, water to drink in the lobby, shampoo and conditioner quality

The iron was low quality. All clothes I ironed stayed wrinkled.

Front desk agent who checked us in was very nice, polite, had good communication skills and treated us like real guest.

Staff at breakfast was rude

Nice hotel it is close to the metro and bus stops. Very nice place to stay there are plenty of places to eat near by. The hotel has great little coffee shop and right next door is nice place for breakfast and lunch.

Great location right next to Puerta de Toledo, with a stunning view directly toward the gate. The room is very well insulated and quiet, with a large window that brings in plenty of natural light. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the bathroom is well equipped with shampoo, soap, and conditioner.The lobby bar offers good service at reasonable prices, and the dinner options are high quality. The hotel is within walking distance of major attractions such as Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, and it’s very well connected to train stations and Madrid airport (around 20 minutes by taxi). There is also a Mercadona and a Lidl 7 minutes walk from the hotel and multiple bus stops are around the corner from it!

the room is on the small side, the do not disturb sign was missing (and never brought as promissed) and a separate kettle would have been appreciated instead of having to make tea via the coffee machine.

Location, staff, room was amazing and the very best shower! We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was absolutely outstanding. Large, awesome views, exceptionally well appointed and clean. Breakfast was great too. Thank you!!

Centrally located with nice decor and newly refurbished environment.

No kettle and tea making facilities. Need to go down to the cafe on ground floor for hot and drinking water. Very inconvenient..

Not allowed to take anything from breakfast up to your room very strict..... seemed odd as any other hotel never had that rule....

It doesn’t even exist and we had to scramble around to find another hotel when we arrived in Madrid. I called the number in the listing only to learn that it doesn’t even exist in Madrid, but in Barcelona.

I found out it’s a scam property (doesn’t exist), and booking.com said they couldn’t do anything about it. Hopefully they have since removed the listing from their site. I was told that they try to screen all listings but this one got by them.

Nice room. Black out curtains were a very nice touch. The breakfast buffet and coffee machines were great. Staff at reception and the breakfast lounge were friendly and helpful.

The elevators were slow at times (during peak check-in and check-out periods). The elevators are also small (limited room for people and their luggage).

Comfortable bed, towels were large and of good quality.

Couldn't stream our devices to the TV

Can be noisy caused from other residents

Hotel does not supply kettles in the rooms which is a bit inconvenient.Room was only serviced once during a 4 night stay.(we did request no cleaning on just one day).
