Property dated. They had actual keys for the rooms and you had to leave it at the front desk when you left. Room had a funny smell.

I liked the location of the hotell

The team was not supportive and rude,When i am doing the checkout they asked me for 1 euro for each bag i did not face such behavior in any visited hotel

My train was cancelled so I have to stay in Madrid one night. This hotel is located in very convenient position. I wanted to buy a bottle of water late at night but didn’t have any cash, and the vending machine only accepted cash. A very kind female staff member helped me buy the water instead. I really appreciated her kindness and willingness to help.

The hotel is in strategic location, walking distance more or less 10 mins walk from Atocha Metro

No sounds proofing the room, wherein you can hear other rooms talking, or doing extraordinary stuff

Extremely small room, uncomfortable bathroom, hear all noises from neighboring rooms, door wasn’t a fire door, just wood.

I only stayed one night as I had to head to airport early the following morning. The room had everything I needed for a quick stay with plenty of restaurant options nearby. Despite the proximity to busy streets, the room was quiet. The very helpful receptionist arranged me a taxi to the airport, which was hassle-free and on time.

Breakfast was not offered

There was not an area to unload our van, so traffic was blocked

I loved the location very close to Atocha station and within walking distance. It’s also quite close to the city center and the main attractions. The building has an elevator, air conditioning/heating, and the bathrooms were clean. A very good price considering the location and for being in Madrid.

The elevator is small, something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with large suitcases or more than two people. The rooms are small, which is typical for this type of building, and the toilet is a bit uncomfortable. However, this didn’t prevent me from enjoying the place, especially considering the price and the location.

The location was perfect. The bed was comfortable.

The walls are THIN. We were woken up by the neighbors in the room next door, who got back to their room at 1 am when we had already been asleep, they were talking at a normal level and you could hear everything. We also heard every excruciating minute it took for them to shower. It sounded like they were showering in our bathroom.

The location was really good

Nothing to dislike, I don't drive and I didn't ask for any parking facilities but you are in the city of which I have to say is absolutely beautiful. The architecture is amazing !!!Taxis are everywhere it's an unbelievable place and if you haven't been to Madrid, I would certainly recommend it

Amazing location, nice modern room, everything worked perfect. Reception open 24/7, you can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out. I would definitely repeat

It is a super quiet location, but sometimes you can hear some of the other guests very loudly
