- Excellent place to stay in Madrid
- Front desk and bartenders were very friendly and helpful. They even sent an international fax for me at no extra charge. And the bartenders knew the perfect red wine to recommend and was very cheerful and friendly. I'm sorry I don't have specific names

- Even though the breakfast is included is the same thing day by day so is boring eat the same thing day by day
- I'm a typical American and bathrooms felt very small:)
- The WiFi was sometimes unreliable. Aside from that, I can't fault it for the price.Breakfast overpriced at ÿ8, but not outrageously so.

Excellent air conditioning. Efficient staff, good sized room and nice bathroom. Good location.Breakfast tasty.Would stay here again for sure.
