The staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness, with particular appreciation extended to Vangelis. The location is excellent. I was fortunate to receive an upgrade, and the room provided was truly outstanding (#205).

rooms are a bit small, and the taxi can’t park you in front of the hotel they gotta do it in the street and you have to walk a bit with your luggage to get to the hotel

Location and staff. Both were excellent.

1. Reception on the 9th floor2. Small entrada with inadequate hotel signs3. Our room entrance was through the bathroom4. Bathroom design is inefficient. In trying to separate shower, toilet, bathtub and wash basin a lot of space is wasted. 5. The toilet and showering area have no places to hang clothes.

We had an excellent stay at the Montera Madrid Curio Collection by Hilton. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Perfect location and outstanding service — we will definitely return on our next visit to Madrid!

The stuff are so friendly and helpful

The rooms are soooooo small , the location is amazing but there is no sound proof walls we could hear everything in the street and the couples living next and above us the is no privacy at all

Location - very dirty street, so much noice non stop. If you want a quiet and luxury stay - stay away from that location.

Absolutely nothing

The rooms, staff and overall hotel is just excellent. Showers are incredible pressure

The pool area is meh. I realize there is much space in a city for something like that. So it was okay and did the job for what it was

A stylishly well-designed hotel. Great staff that welcomed me as soon as I got out of the taxi. The reception floor and dining area were clean and a pleasure to sit in. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in while travelling in a long time.

Nothing that can be changed, but I wish the pool itself were a little bigger and deeper. It is more for lying in to cool off. Which was fine in the hot July weather, but I wasn't aware that it was so shallow.

Small pool, small gym

The hotel felt very safe and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The roof top bar and pool were a real luxury and being able to escape the heat and relax in the afternoon was appreciated. We enjoyed the location and felt we were in the right place for what we wanted to see and do. Our room was cleaned to the highest standard and was so quiet. Honestly - I think it’s one of best hotels we’ve stayed in and hope to return next year.

The hotel is in a great location (close to Grand Via and Puerto del Sol) but well soundproofed so you don’t get street noise, which was great. The staff are universally lovely and helpful which has definitely bumped up the score. The hotel is clean, comfortable and secure with a good breakfast (but it should be for 34 Euros). I didn’t use the gym so can’t comment on that facility.

I haven’t given a 10 as the hotel does feel a little overpriced when i compare to other hotels that offer the same services (eg cheap waffle dressing gowns rather than fluffy ones, and a pool that’s basically a paddling pool so it’s a push to consider it as part of a star rating). But if you’re happy to pay the price (and aren’t wanting a pool to swim in) this is a very safe bet.

The street where the hotel is located is noisy and crowded, but the location of the hotel itself is convenient, as many locations are within walking distance
