The location was great

The first night was horrible. It rained and the way the water drains off the roof and comes down through drainage pipes it sounds like water running in bad plumbing inside the room. Plus we could hear the people above us arrive around 4:30 AM as thy walked around and had conversations that we could hear through the ceiling. Didn’t sleep well at all but the next night was much better because there was no rain and the people above us must have checked out. Also the breakfast room was so brightly lit you could have performed surgery there. Very sterile and unappealing environment. The food was OK. The brownies were especially good. I had higher expectations because I had heard Eurostars were excellent hotels but this place was generally disappointing.

Spacious and quiet room. Spacious and well-equipped bathroom. The room was clean enough. Testy breakfast with a good diversity of food and beverages. Polite, young, and well-trained staff. The hotel is located between two metro stations in a vibrant area. The hotel is close to several night clubs. Minibar.

There is a sort of "plastic, industrial" feeling in the hotel. The pipes with the wastewater run in the wall between the room and the bathroom. The noise from those pipes is quite audible.

Dis not get what we paid for and no compensation when out in smaller room

I booked a large room with king bed, sleeper sofa and balcony. A few hours before we arrive from out of town we were informed that the balcony rooms were not available due to ac issues. We were told we would be put in a comparable room…but no balcony. We WERE NOT put in a comparable room. It was small, queen bed, no sitting area and of course no balcony. (Over 100 sf less in size) We paid $200 more for the balcony room than what this room was going for and were offered only a $35 per night compensation via the email that informed us that the balcony room would not be available. Then when we got to the hotel they tried to only offer $25 per night. I have not been compensated for any of it and i even showed the hotel Staff that thw price right then for theavailable rooms we were put in was so much cheaper than what we were being charged. Then our ac ended up not working!! We informed the staff the next day after sweating all night and they then informed us that apparently the ac was not cooling because they could see the temp in our room was 26 Celsius despite us having it on 18 degrees for 24 hours. We asked for a room move or a fan and were told they didn’t have a fan and that we could move after dinner but the ac had not been on in the room they would move us to and it would take few hours to cool off. This was so unacceptable. I chose this hotel for the balcony and should have been informed before the few hours before arrival and should have been offered my money back to book something else.

Simple but good. Great location, very close to the metro station and walking distance to many highlights. The staff was super friendly too! Unlike other hotels that overdo their advertisements but disappoint on arrival, this one is simple but very complete. Things work as expected, rooms are well equipped, is comfortable and clean. Value is also good.We did not include breakfast but paid for it twice, it is a good option if you want the convenience to eat there.

Great location, modern style, very helpful staff

The price for this hotel must be due to the location, as the checking staff is sadly designated, and lacks personality, skills, and manners. The bed is ok, but the pillows are terrible, cheap foam that I could not sleep well on. It was only one night, and after the price paid, at least I deserved a good night's sleep, but the cleaners on a Sunday at 7 am started making so much noise that it was impossible to close my eyes. I hate every minute in this super modern place with a lack of human charm.

Pillows and noisy rooms are a result of the lack of good insulation.

Clean comfortable, amazing pillows and bed . Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
