Well located, close to metro station, clean, not noisy and very friendly staff

Very friendly staffs, very good location, the room was modern and clean.
The staff were amazing, super accommodating, and gave personal recommendations for local restaurants, cafés and markets. The overall vibe and decor of the place is so fun and friendly. We were there in the winter so we didn’t get to use the pool but it’s a great feature to have. The room was very clean and quiet. The location was great.
The rooms are facing an inner courtyard so they don’t get a lot of natural sunlight and the lighting in the room is a little weird so over all the light in the room is not great. But because the rooms are insular, you get no street noise and a really quiet room so it’s a good trade-off.
Nothing , I trusted Booking.com to present a fair value and quality but fail !!!!!!!By no means the Social Hub Madrid represent value at 425 USD per night . This is a student hotel that you stay for less than 150 USD a night .I felt cheated and miserable
Booking.com should reimburse me for the stay
Really good location. Near many attractions. A good place for travelers by car, there is paid parking at the hotel. Good breakfast (buffet). Comfortable beds and quiet rooms. We were very pleased.
It was near a lot of attractions, near the metro, walkable to many things
The convenience’s offered. Restaurant, laundry, service.
Easy check in, great cafe and tons of places to work. Everything we needed to get acclimated for the day before heading out to another city.
our room was on the first floor with our window facing a walkway so people were able to see directly in, it was either a black out curtain or nothing haha.
Rooftop bar and nice room and bed
Too cold in terms of work space-type aesthetics
Everything was great but the price was a little inflated (due to the Real game).
Room light could be a little brighter.
Great location, friendly staff. Interesting concept, but way too millennial, trying too hard to please with many small and not so relevant details. But I am sure your concept works well for a variety of audiences.
The room was nice, but one lamp by the door was broken so I couldn't really use the mirror to do makeup in any good way (I was in Madrid to go to a wedding, so I needed to look good). The decor is edgy but not particularly practical, as it's hard to see one's objects and belongings against the black décor. My room was half in the basement, so it was kind of dark, especially because I had to draw the curtains all the time, so all the guests in the reception across the yard couldn't see me changing from the outside. So I thought the price was expensive for this type of room (considering there are similar rooms for the same price on higher floors where one can have the window fully open to have daylight, and I would have liked to have been informed about this as I checked in. Nice with the espresso machine, water, and cookies. As for breakfast, it had a good variety of items, but the quality was pretty standard. I am glad I only bought breakfast once and not twice, as I was not attracted to it enough to go a second time.
Modern property with warm and welcoming staff. Couldn’t ask for a better stay, and it’s in a great location.
Common reception / work space
Rooms and building looks like a prison
I spent 10 days in Madrid, where I worked remotely the first half of the week and enjoyed the city on vacation the second half. This hotel is in a great location, the staff are super nice, has a rooftop pool and bar! Amenities were great, including the gym, coworking spaces, and even phone booths for private calls. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Madrid
Hotel prices have tourist prices and not local prices. You can have great breakfast for a third of the price of the hotel one only one or two blocks away from it.
It was a good location for us as tourists.
The room was dark, the lighting insufficient and we were upgraded to a king bed but on bottom floor with no real outside light. We’re seniors and clearly not their target audience. Eating options both time and selection were limited.
Good location, great style, clean enough.
Overpriced. Room temperature was still averaging 23°C while AC had been running for 3 hours on the lowest setting (19°C). Pool closes 4 HOURS before the advertised time on the website (18:00 instead of 22:00). One wall in room was bumpy from past water leak (looked very bad)? Breakfast was average.
Table tennis table at the reception.Location is fine, very nice place for coworking use.
Rooms are very small and they are too dark even if to switch on the light.
