The roof top bar and restaurant were closed for repairs and painting.closed for a long time.I feel I was badly mislead not being told this in advance.

Modern and friendly space, great location

Close to historical sites, close to shopping mall. Good vibe. Fantastic breakfast. Clean fresh rooms. Helpful staff. Comfortable beds.

The hotel’s location was great, and the common areas very nice. Staff was also kind and accommodating. Coffee machine was available in the room, there was a small fridge and water available.

The room was not very well illuminated and the storage space very limited, which meant that we had to place many things on the floor. There were no amenities as normally offered by 4* hotel. I think the hotel is a wonderful choice for youngsters, but might fall short in expectations for more seasoned travelers.

This is the really great place with so kind stuff, good food, clear and comfortable rooms. Place for recommendations ??

The hotel is very clean and the ambiance is very nice and alive. The staff is also very nice. The location was good, few minutes of walking from the main attractions. I didn't really need a car or public transport much. The bed was very comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday, and it had fridge, minibar, hairdryer..etc.I would stay here again.

I spent the first night in a room with balcony to the main street, where the traffic was loud, not the hotel's fault, of course. I asked them to move me to an internal room, and they did. All was good there.So nothing really to complain about.

Hotel has great location, in walking distance to Plaza de Espana and Royal Palaca, has big and convenience parking lot. Breakfast is also rather diverse.

It would be great to have more firm pillows, as the ones in the rooms are really fluffy and soft. Check in also took rather long time, as there is a need to add data for each person who stays in the rooms and we had 3 rooms and 8 people in total, so we spent about 30 min at check in:( may be there is a possibility to have check in online to avoid a need to spend time on reception.

We had an amazing few nights stay at the Social Hub Madrid. The room was perfect with a view of the Palacio Real (Room 8307). There was lots of choice for breakfast and if you wanted a barista style coffee the staff were at hand to help you make one. The pool area was closed so cant comment on that (it was pretty cold so wouldn't have recommended a swim) but the rooftop bar made up for it. We even managed to take advantage of the happy hour one night. All the staff where excellent and made us feel very welcome, a special thanks to Andrea who went out of her way to help us. The room lacked a flat surface to open the suitcase, that wasnt the bed. The bathroom could have also have a stool or tablelike surface

Comfortable spacious rooms with amazing garden and castle view.

The hotel style and layout, the location, the staff, the breakfast and the gym.It was all just amazing.I would definitely stay again.

Temperature in room really hard to regulate yet again....must be a Europe thing. Lighting in bathroom horrible. Price was expensive for what I got but it was a big holiday weekend

In great location , close to the center and very close to metro station.City center easily reachable on foot.On the rooftop there is a small pool with an amazing view to the palace.

The breakfast was cold, I would prefer the croissants and the pancakes hot

Conveniently located hôtel near Principe Pio metro station. Just 5 mins away from Plaza de España. Friendly and easygoing reception. Clean and quiet rooms which is hard to find in Madrid. Atmospheric lightning in rooms. First time I was able to sleep in Madrid without being woken by drunken night owls at 4 in thé morning. Excellent breakfast buffet. Book early to get reasonable rates.
