The hotel is in one of the best areas of Madrid. The staff is friendly and helpful . The rooms are very adequate.

If I must find something negative: is specific smel of hygienic products in our room, but didnt bother us.

It was my parents who stayed at the room. The both loved the location. The hotel is quite old-fashioned; it has not been renewed much recently, they said, but it is certainly charming somehow.

The room was quite cold; there was only one gentleman at reception who could not leave his corner, so he could not bring blankets up. The room had a bath, and no shower tray, so it would not ideal for people with mobility issues.

Tiles in the bathrooms could be updated, especially around the bath tub.

The room was very large, clean, and comfortable. The gentlemen at the reception were excellent, as was the lady at the breakfast area who prepared a superb breakfast and allowed us to go in earlier in the morning so we wouldn't miss the taxi. It was a wonderful experience.

The bathroom was not extremely ckean. The basics were fine bur not the details The bed mattress was very tired and not the right size for the bed.

It has an old fashion vibe inside of the rooms such as no USB ports at all and only two sockets to connect any electrical device. Also there were three separate beds which didn't bother us.

Very good breakfast; clean hotel and the room; easy access; great location. WiFi works fine and fast enough.

The hotel parking is weird and requires to use a car lift - not for all car sizes (mine 4.4 m length and 1.8 width did not suit it). The carpet and furniture are quite worn but not much critical.

The location is perfect in a quieter nice area above the city center. About 10/15 min by bus or walking to gran via. Chamberi area has so many cute cafes for coffee.

The room only had 2 charging ports so it was inconvenient as we were in three people. The wifi was very slow plus there were no tissues and soaps so I reccomend you buy small shampoo and body soap for your stay.

Very warm and professional welcome at the reception. The staff was humble, helpful, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room is spacious for one person, the heating system is easy to use, and the bedding is extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep.

The hotel and the room feel a bit outdated to my taste. There were not enough power outlets in the room, and the fridge had an issue with its door. The bathroom only had a bathtub and no shower, which I personally did not like. In the morning, it was quite noisy, as you could hear everything happening in the hallway.

It can’t be 4 star hotels but it was nice old decor quite very far from downtown but the expensive when compared to 3 star hotel have the almost same service and near to downtown maybe the one thing is different that The room was very large; I was surprised and delighted by it. It’s nice experience overall

Excellent staff. Great location.

No soundproofing in walls. We could talk to the people in the neighbouring rooms through the walls. Which we actually did at one point when they sneezed. We said bless you as a joke, they heard and responded with thank you

The location was very close to the metro, plus 25 minutes to city center on foot. Room was clean and there was no noise in the hall.
