Location

Room was pretty small, bed was awful and double bed was less than 130cm. İt was hard to put second luggage in the room. Everything was old and thorned. Staff would be smiling at least.

Location in city center and near to metro. Taxis passed by frequently.

Nice hotel in the city center. Clean and stuff is very friendy. Will be back

It was annoying ?...because there is a club in front of the hotel, and they close at 6am in the morning , and you can hear the drunk ppl screaming

Great location in the city center, delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

Small, basic room and a little noisy - thin walls so you can hear everything from other rooms and from the outside especially at weekend nights. A little overpriced for that standard.

only location, however it is also very crowdy, on the weekends, in front there is a club, seems very popular and till morning there is such a noise you can't sleep

The room and hotel looks ok for single people for just a night stand, rooms are extramly narrow, you can barely move, wI was there with a partner and we can't even fit on a bed

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was as nice as a restaurant with good coffee, local food, fresh orange juice, and great service. We loved the location looking over a street with several tapas restaurants (Casa de Abuelo is especially great!) and close to the Sol metro station. The room was also clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for the value, quality, breakfast, and location! This hotel is in a great location close to Sol metro station

Lovely spot. Very nice gentleman at front desk with dark hair very helpful. Other gentleman not so nice. Lovely woman that served breakfast everyday very efficient. Very close to everything lots of discos in area could feel the base the the walls of our fifth floor room. We had a very nice terrace. The room was cozy. The street noise was there but not awful and expected in the area. Lovely little neighborhood.

The male receptionist, a middle-aged man with tan skin, had a very poor service mind. His service was not good, and he showed unpleasant facial expressions. I was quite surprised that the hotel couldn’t even arrange a taxi booking for a guest. He told me to call on the day of departure, which resulted in nearly a 30-minute wait.

Other staff members, such as the housekeeping team, were also not friendly or smiling. When asking for basic hotel amenities like a shower cap, toothbrush, or even just a cup of hot water, they were unavailable.The hotel is very old, though the only good point is that the room is quite spacious.

The location was excellent and also the breakfast. Is a 2 star older hotel but is you go with low expectations you will be surprised and love it like we did great air condition and the staff was great .

My bed mattress was not comfortable at all needed to be replaced. My wife mattress was ok will depend on what room you get.

Excellent breakfast but what really was the best was your lovely staff. Those ladies make your day start on just the right note!

Not that we didn't like, just that we found strange not having a fridge in the room...Water and sodas do get warm after a couple of hours....

The shower was set in a small bathtub that was incredibly slippery. Even a bath mat with suction cups would solve this.

Noisy at night. Double pane windows would reduce the noise. Noise at night from rooms above I think.

Location is good!!!

First I reserved a triple room and at the end was just me traveling. I contacted the property to make the changes and I got no help, they said the reservation couldn’t be modified or adjusted. I was assigned to a room where the AC wasn’t working, I went to the front desk and they gave another room where the AC apparently was ok but it wasn’t working as well. The room was like a sauna. Front desk people were nice and seemed concerned but the issue was never solved. Next day the technician was working on the AC from 8am to 3pm and they said the AC was fixed, the issue was some kind of timer the device has. Never functioned, after couple of minutes the AC went off because of the timer issue, went to the front desk again and they gave me another room to sleep and the AC wasn’t working properly again. Long story short, paid almost 400 dollars for two hotel nights, unable to sleep the two nights. Never got an apology, a discount or anything from management.
