Locations is epic. Stuff was amazing 👏 restaurant downstairs..delicious

No real bar at the pool. Sloppy services upstairs at the pool

This is my 2nd time and I would gladly retyrn again . Its Central , clean and beautiful spacious Rooms.

Only thing in the room is that the beer machine doesnt work in both stays .

The localization

The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the Opera, in the very heart of the city. Everything is literally two steps away, 24/7 supermarkets, McDonald’s, the metro station right in front of the hotel, and all major attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself is stunning, truly exceptional. The restaurant and bar are amazing, very cozy, Michelin-style vibes, and the bar is so good you just want to stay all night. The rooms are very beautiful and comfortable, and the service was 10/10. An overall outstanding experience, highly recommended!

The room was spacious, nicely decorated. Great location near everything in madrid center. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend it.

Not that I didn't like, but keep just a note that the toilet is separate, the sink is outside in the room with the shower.

Our second stay at the hotel , we love location , which is second to none , proximity to all best expiriences Madrid offers , hotel staff is friendly and accommodating . Not to mention amenities .

Soundproof issues. could hear everything happening in the corridor and rooms (cleaning, other guests)Very limited room service menu. I ordered a burger and it was delivered absolutely burnt (literally black)

Overall, this is a decent hotel, and most of the staff were friendly and professional. The location and general facilities met expectations.However, I was disappointed by the behavior of a small number of front desk staff and by several issues that affected our stay. While I understand that the hotel may have policies regarding food deliveries, such policies should be clearly communicated to guests in advance.In our case, no such information was provided. When a food delivery arrived, the hotel did not contact us or explain the policy. Instead, the delivery was left outside the hotel entrance without notice. At the same time, we attempted to contact the hotel through Booking messages and by phone, but received no response.In addition, the bathroom ventilation system was extremely weak and almost non-functional, which made the bathroom uncomfortable to use.

This was my second stay at Ocean Drive Madrid, and once again everything was perfect. The hotel is always very clean, the service is excellent, and the staff make you feel truly welcome.The restaurant is amazing, easily one of the best in Madrid. I will always come back to this hotel whenever I visit Madrid. Highly recommended!

the front desk is very friendly, the location is very convenient and the room is very comfortable.

It does have minor smells from the sewer in the second day (maybe I am too sensitive to the smell). hopefully it can be removed soon.

The room was too noisy, inside the room there was all night noise from the equipment and the bathroom of the room. Besides there was no sound isolation that the voices through out the corridor was inside the room. It was hard to sleep.

Central location on beautiful Opera Square. Front Desk was amazing! The young staff was so welcoming and helpful. Nice breakfasts. Comfortable bed and great shower.

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Madrid. The staff were friendly and helpful, check in and out was simple. The room was really comfortable and I got a free upgrade which was nice. Shower was great, bed was comfortable, coffee and tea in the room was a nice touch, plenty of little things to make the stay very pleasurable.

Just one thing (its more a personal thing for me), and it didnt really apply to me as I was travelling alone. But the layout of the bathroom was strange. Normally I like a bathroom, 1 room, with all services in it and a door you can close and lock. The room I received had a small room with the toilet, the shower was in a different corner (but you stepped out of the shower back into the main space, and the sink was in the middle of the room. It just means that if there are 2 people staying in the room, 1 cannot use the facilities in peace or privacy, as the sink and shower are fully exposed to the rest of the room.
