Quite the disjointed hotel in terms of layout. Not a four star hotel. Better than expected though after reading reviews. For example not even shampoo in the bathroom.

Nearest to the metro, cleanliness of the room and room in the fridge to out my own water.

Location makes this hotel so special. 30 steps away from Anton Martin subway. Two blocks away from Calle de Las Huertas with many good places for a beer. Dunkin Donuts, mini market and even a huge sexshop across the street! :p

The room is very basic, no lux and even small, but ok for us: good bed and bathroom, and clean.

The hotel was situated in a very convenient location. Plaza Mayor was within 10 minutes of a walk. Our room was very nice and clean. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly.

Use this hotel if you want to ruin your travel or waste your money.

The breakfast was average but I didn’t go for the breakfast anyway so I am still very pleased.

Room, beds, SPA, breakfast and location all excellent. Cant fault them.

Breakfast was incredible, the highlight of the day. The staff were very friendly. The facilities we great. My kids loved it.

The music from the dining comments could be heard from our room till 12pm. This was really annoying as my kids couldn’t get to sleep.

We liked breakfast and the little Spa, the cleaning and above all the effectiveness and kindness of the whole staff of the hotel.

The room was really noisy because every morning, from 5 to 6 am, there was a very loud noise coming from the room above us, it woke us up suddenly forcing us to get up because it was impossible to continue sleeping.

Beautiful property, stunning period futures but lovely and modern interior. Everything was clean and in good condition. Central location easily walkable to the main attractions and metro stop right outside. Pool was welcome addition too and felt very spa like and relaxing.

Nothing - we had a really lovely stay and the service has been excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or visit again.

The "Superior" Room was a joke .. the hotel staff were rude, the rooms didnt get cleaned over night, The noise caused by cleaning staff above our room was over the top

The hotel and my stay were great. Each of the staff was attentive and polite. I am incredibly grateful to the hotel and staff for creating a magical mood on my birthday. The hotel paid attention to my request and provided a room on a high floor, and in the afternoon they brought me a wonderful complement as a gift. By the way, the cake with fresh berries was incredibly delicious! I also note that everything was very clean, both in and out of the room. You can see the care and hospitality in every detail.

Great location, decor is lovely and facilities were great. I stayed on my birthday and they even put together a little birthday welcome package in my room as well as an early check in- Perfect!
