So easy to find and easy walk from the bus station. Lovely terrace with pool but not there long enough to use the pool. Excellent breakfast and very helpful and pleasant staff.

Close to the airport

Very noisy, at 7 am we were hearing door slammed every 5 min.

Very good location near the metro station and bus stops. Very clean room, good beds and despite the hotel just near the road thanks to good windows was very comfortable for sleep.

Breakfast is too basic for its price, but still ok

The rooms are spacious, with a good desk, large bed and the bathroom is good as well. The mini-bar is filled and complementary to use during the stay. The staff is very friendly, what is always important for me that the request for delivery of an iron and iron board is executed fast, which was the case. Breakfast is of high quality and the hotel is nicely located, close to a metro stadium in a street with restaurants and shops. Also you can make it walking to IFEMA Madrid (congress venue) within 35 minutes.

I must say the furniture of the general area (lobby and restaurant) needs to be renewed. There are quite some chairs with damage and stains. Also, it would be even better if each room has the iron/iron board already.

We arrived at the hotel with my son. It was around 6 pm on January 1. All the cafes around were closed. I asked the girl at the reception could I have dinner at the hotel. She said she would call the bar staff. A man came to me and his English was not very good, I asked about the food, but we didn't understand each other well. Then someone called him and he went to talk in another room, leaving us. We stood and waited, we were hungry. Then I turned to the girl at the reception again. She went and interrupted the conversation of the bartender, he was still talking on the phone. I was unpleasant amazed. Because for a 4-star hotel this is not very good service, the girl from reception helped me to choose the dinner, but we waited for it for quite a long time. In my opinion, such staff as the bartender should know at least one foreign language, or use a translator. The next evening Next evening asked another bartender about the price of a cocktail, an Aperol , and he told me the price was 6 euros. The third evening I bought a cocktail and paid for it before leaving, but I paid 7 euros. I can't understand who is wrong and doesn't know the prices, the bartender or the reception staff)). So I expected a little more from the staff for a 4 star hotel.

I stayed there as it was close to public transport to the airport for an early morning flight. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff helpful. Had a great breakfast buffet as well.

Personel was very friendly. And there is great churreria just nearby

Room was much smaller I expected and I was surprised there were bearly no vegetables for breakefast

Old facility and rude service

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The service at the breakfast restaurant was absolutely unacceptable — the staff started rushing guests to leave even before breakfast time was officially over. I have stayed in many hotels before, but I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional behavior.In addition, the room facilities were very old and poorly maintained, which is far below the standard expected of a four-star hotel. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing and did not meet even basic expectations for comfort or hospitality.

The room facilities are too old; the shower drain is clogged, and the bathroom door won't close.

Everything was perfect. Our group arrived early ín the morning and we got three rooms as early check in so we got an extra attention.. All the staff was professional and extremely helpful. Thanks for it.

Good location - It was close to a metro station directly connected with the centre. For us the important was short distance to the airport - the bus took us there within 10 minutesGym facility - it was small, but included all necessary equipment for quick workouts during a tripCleanFriendly staff, helped us store the luggage until our flight

Staff kept my luggage for 2 days because I went to la coruna

The facilities were clean. The staff can speak English. The housekeeping was good.

The pool wasn't available, it was closed off.

The Breakfast, Swimming pool and pool bar were great

The staff was stupendous – everybody we dealt with was easy-going, communicative, and attentive. The premises were clean and corresponded to our expectations. The rooms were wide and clean, the bed and bedding was just right. The breakfast was diverse and tasteful.
