Hotel is by train station and park. Do not book here if you want to be in touristy Madrid.

The staff was very polite and dealt with my very limited Spanish skills. They helped me try to ask questions in Spanish but made sure I understood using English. Also the rooms had very good AC!

Breakfast was a little expensive: 12 Euros.

Good area of the city if a bit removed from tourist sites.

Internet was really, really unreliable.

The lobby is very comfortable, and there is a nice café. The extra bed was a proper bed, not a sofa bed, which was great.Great value for money. ⭐

No tea-making facilities in the room.

Location was great, near Atocha train station and walking distance to the main centre, nice restaurants and cafe nearby.

Very basic room, no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Pillows and bed very uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin can hear everything. Unfortunately the people next to us were extremely noisy, got woken up middle of the night, someone singing in the corridor late at night, could hear everything. Definitely doesn’t reflect the price you pay for this hotel.

Everything was clean, the staff were very nice and helpful.

I didn’t like the location itself, it was too quiet with nothing much around the hotel and a bit far from the city centre

Fantastic location, close to atocha and walking distance from all touristic places. The staff is very helpful, also the, room was clean and comfortable.

I think it lacks some amenities to be a 4 star hotel, gym is very simple (just 3 machines) and there's no other amenities in the hotel.

Location is pretty good if you are traveling in and out of a Atocha train station, but further away from the town center then I would’ve liked.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. It was a double room, but they only included toiletries for one person. The hotel cost 617.22 for three nights. That's not a fair price. There wasn't even a bottle of water in the room. Breakfast was uneatable. Disappointing.

Not satisfied

Room wasn’t sound proff can hear noise outside,wifi soslow,tv doesn’t work,no kittle on the room, bit far from station even it says 12mins walk but more-and the days were we stay we experience those people having/carrying a silicon babies which we think its creepy.

It’s location

Parking was too expensive and the staff were not clear on the costs on arrival. They gave us the impression that it was complimentary. Far more expensive than in the street. Being in a safe area, I would not have paid for it had I known the costs in advance. The hotel is very very noisy and we could not sleep well. Customers were coming in at different times in the night and they were loud in the corridors. We could hear the people in the room next door to us during the night. They were young guys and arrived in the middle of the night and kept talking and laughing loudly for hours after. Rooms were very simply and old fashioned decorated. It was also cold and the beds were not comfortable. For that price I would have imagined a more up to date decor and what people call “ hotel beds”. Definitely not a hotel I will be staying in the future which is a pity because I have family living in the area and it was convenient.

Spacious bright room with nice view, clean and very good location 10 minutes walk from the main station Atocha, quiet neighbourhood, very welcoming and polite staff.

Room was clean and staffs were friendly.

It was our fault for not checking the walking distance from the train station to the hotel carefully. The hotel should provide at least a bottle of water and a kettle in room.

Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was great.

Location is a bit away from main attractions so we had to rely on Uber rides
