The bar area is the best part of the whole hotel

My room was completely dirty, armatures were not clean, toilets broken etc.

You need to stay here! Staff were so incredibly nice and accommodating. The hotel room itself was incredible and the Le Labo products adds such a special touch to the room.

location is great, Hotel is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. But like most places for me, it is the team that makes this place what it it. The whole staff is just wonderful and I can not wait to go back, They made everything perfect and were so attentive and kind. I can not name everyone but I can not thank Daniele G., Amalia, India, Davide, Pedro and so many others for making this trip as wonderful as it turned out to be. It is all thanks to them.

Very nice aesthetics, the rooms were very clean and beautiful decorated. Staff were ok- one member of staff stood out as the most helpful his name was Jose on the door- very helpful with great communication skills and great energy he brought to the hotel.

Cleaner didn’t do my room the second day

Staff was not always responsive, several times promised to do things for us that we asked and never did.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is very luxurious and elegant, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Even before our arrival, the team was in constant contact with us via email to ensure a smooth and easy journey from the airport to the hotel, which we truly appreciated.Room service was very fast and efficient, and the hotel pays great attention to the smallest details. The room was serviced twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, with a beautiful and very comfortable turndown service that made our stay even more relaxing.The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to everything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The team at the hotel were very attentive and always available to assist with any request. Restaurant reservation, details of things to see in the city, even access routes to the hotel when we rented a car considering road closures during Christmas.We really liked how friendly all the team members were, everyone was genuine and hospitable.The food in the hotel was great and reasonably priced. The selection in the lobby lounge was prefect for an afternoon snack and dinner at the Peruvian restaurant was a really treat. Amazing blend of flavours and definitely worth trying if you are staying at the hotel.

We had an issue with the curtain in our room and usb sockets not working. When we told the front office, they immediately had the USB sockets changed and the curtain fixed back on the track. This was great considering it was a Sunday. Unfortunately the curtain repair didn't last and fell of the track again. Hopefully it was rectified before the next guest checked in.

The Location is amazing its central very close to gran via street. The staff were veryy professional, always ready to help, and welcoming us with a genuine smile all the time. The room was very aesthetic and luxurious, it was comfortable and clean. I Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again

You either get Edition or you don't, it's an acquired taste, not for everybody. And thanks to the friendly staff, quality food, location, service, cleanliness and of course, careful architecture and design, the Edition is a unique and deservedly 5 star hotel experience.

Sometimes at The Edition, we get a shitty view out the window. London and Barcelona views were disappointing. Madrid, not at all.

The breakfast was great. The staff is excellent

The room lighting is not enough for my wife , she was unable to do her make up well due to poor lighting

Lobby is gorgeous staff attitude top notch

The room are a bit cold looking, there needs to be cozy elements inside instead of all white and empty floor

Central location….very helpful staff, breakfast was amazing…all areas were clean and very well looked after …

From the moment that we stepped into the hotel, the staff did everything to make us feel comfortable.We were upgraded which was a nice surprise and the room was so good and quiet.The staff at the pool area we're extremely kind helpful and Served everyone with a smile.Thank you so much for a lovely stay we will definitely return.In a nutshell, the staff is the heart of the hotel.

Great location, great staff , great service

The location is absolutely the best — very convenient to go anywhere. All the staff are incredibly lovely, from the moment you step into the hotel to the pool upstairs. The service from the staff is truly excellent.

The room's cleanliness was disappointing. There was hair all over the floor even though I had just checked in. At the foot of the bed, there was hair from the previous guest — I could tell it wasn’t mine because it was a different color.Even after the room was cleaned the next day, there was still hair and dust on the floor. It seemed like the cleaning was done in a rush. When I came back to the room in the afternoon, the floor was still wet and hadn’t been properly dried.Everything else was great, but the cleanliness was a letdown.
