Location. 25 minute walk to anything.Lack of any kind of dependable wifi. Lack of air conditioning (over 30 everyday) Broken safe. No sound proofing in walls

The rooms were larger than expected and a lovely hotel to come back to after a long day. Nice breakfast with a good selection.

Clean, relatively quiet, great breakfast. Decent value.

The location is great, and the hotel has a retro vibe that is really cool. Staff is really nice, we had a super smooth check in and check out experience. Rooms are quiet, I had a great sleep those days. Overall the service level is OK, completely in line with the price level.

WiFi in the room was really bad, I had to use my phone as a personal hotspot. In the lobby there's a short staircase to access one of the 2 elevators, so you have 50% chance of having to struggle with your luggage

Opulent, Luxuary Hotel, staff are exceptional. The price is value for the quality.

Being English I would like to make tea and coffee in the room myself which you can´t in this hotel.

If you're advertising a late check-out, it is not OK to deny it on the last day without notice, after it has been confirmed at check-in. Just remove it from your offer if you aren't able to provide it, you are only ruining people's plans and their overall experience.

An incredibly clean hotel — the floors were spotless. The housekeeping service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were very welcoming, and above all, the location was outstanding.

The sound insulation was quite limited. I could clearly hear the guests in the neighboring room singing along to Bad Bunny (at least they have good taste). Additionally, noise from the room above was frequently noticeable, especially in the mornings

It’s a cute hotel with a great location. Comfortable bed. Nice bar and cafeteria.

The walls in the bathtub had mold. It doesn’t take much to use some bleach to get the mold out. The two gentlemen at the reception were not welcoming. You should have more people’s manners to be in the front desk.

The built in gym was super convenient to get a workout in. The single room was quite spacious including a bathroom.

Even tho I didn’t book a breakfast, I didn’t get any information about price and location. The staff who did the check in wasn’t rude but also not overwhelmingly open about some basic infos such breakfast, check out etc.

The breakfast is excellent. The room was very clean and included all amenities.

Single room was too small for the rate of the hotel. There are better options in the area for the same rate.

it was a really nice stay here. beautiful old hotel, the breakfast was fantastic! lots of fresh options. try the churros!

the walls are paper thin so I couldn't sleep properly, you can hear everything from the hallway of people coming in and out with their suitcases

The ground floor and common areas were very nice.

I did not like that the photos on Booking are not exactly fair. There are double rooms that are bigger with a view to the square, and it is confusing on the booking site.

It's close to a metro station, and the bed was comfy. While it's not very central, it is close to a metro station which is convenient.

The wifi was so bad in my room, it always disconnected after a few minutes and took a while to reconnect. The walls were also quite thin - someone was coughing in the next room and I could hear it clearly.

The location, breakfast and cleanliness of the rooms were excellent. The Metro was a few minutes walk away. The breakfast was plentiful and had a wide selection. There was even Cava.

There wasn't anything I really didn't like.
