Regente Hotel

we were celebrating our 43rd wedding anniversary the room we were assigned was horrible. The smallest, dirty especially shower- mold & more. Only 1 outlet to connect oir.phones and laptop, had to disconnect light. No tissues & bath towel had black spots

Location. It?s right on the Grand Via in the center of all activities.

No coffee machine, no water kettle. It?s not a good feeling waking up without a cup of coffee. Even though we could go out for breakfast, it?s terrible we could not take a sip in the morning at the hotel room.

Staff at front desk were extremely helpful providing information on transportation and tours.

Location, Location, Location Everything is within feet of the hotel entrance. Just can't really beat that.

The room we were given was in the corner, with an ugly view to the inside walls and all the pigeon crap. Was dark and uninviting. I honestly think we were given the worst available...

Location is very central.

The front desk staff were rude and acted as if I were an annoyance to them. Every response was as if they were speaking down to me like I was a second class citizen for some reason.

Excellent Location

The room said 3 twin beds but 1 was a sofa (not an actual bed). Super small space for 3 people. Not a very good wi-fi in the room (had to use my personal one). The room key got deactivated and had to come back to reception desk.

The internet was not good first you register and then you confirm it with your e mail. But it kicked you out after 24 hours and you have to keep confirming the email. We were there for 3 days. It was annoying to keep registering and confirming the email.

Location was great, literally in the middle of city center.

Amenities- there were little to no toiletries, no water bottle

I liked alot the location , just outside Gran via with hundreds of shops and close to landmarks

Sometimes you could hear the noise from the busy streets and the crowds .Also the lighting in the room needs some improvement

The entry is separated from the reception by a little stairs, there is no security guard. Hence, people from the street can be rude towards the hotel customers and there is no security for that.For a 3 stars hotel, I was surprised by the breakfast offer which was a poor one. I don’t know if it’s a way to save money for the hotel but there is not enough toaster tongs at the buffet. Some people for many various reasons have to be cautious of cross contamination and with so little accessories from the hotel it’s complicated.

Perfect location. Very spacious and clean room. Wonderful stay!
