The staff were very helpful, and fixed up our room to be more accessible as needed. We were also able to book a room for our companion at the last minute. Thank you!

There was only one bathroom and access was through the bedroom. This meant that if there is one person sleeping on the pull-out they had to go through the bedroom at night to get to the toilet.The main queen bed was too high for one of the disabled guests, and it was difficult to get by to get to the bathroom. The staff turned the bed sideways, and this helped to roll a wheelchair through the bedroom.

The location was good. It is spacious. Very clean.

The elevator work with room keys. At time of check out, we were locked out at the 5th floor as they deactivate the keys and we were stuck with our luggage. we could not go down. Had to call receptionist to come and get us by elevator. The doors in the room were not working properly. You could not easily close the bathroom door.

We had a fantastic stay at this super clean and modern apartment. We arrived late, almost at midnight, but the staff was available and ready to assist us. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes from the train station and far enough from the crowds for a peaceful retreat. Initially, I was concerned that the sofa bed might be too small, but it comfortably fit a 1.8m person, exceeding all expectations. Overall, a great place to stay—highly recommend

The property is well located away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of the City but easily reached by Metro. A very good sized room for a family of four

The WIFI connectivity to the TV in the main room was too weak to be able to stream but this really didn’t matter.There is building work ongoing which started quite early

there are no facilities. gym was not available on site. there is no food or shop outlet. this is strictly a serviced apartment building.

JUST LIKE AT HOME ! Large 2 bedroom apartement, nicely decorated, modern, fully equiped kitchen, tons of amenities in the bathroom, Large living room, large smart tv’s, great bedding. Breakfast offered the first morning. Friendly receptionist.

The gym was not available because under renovation. Equipped with Technogym machine: It will look nice when it reopens.

The wifi signal in our apartment was very bad and we asked for help but no one came to have a check.

It was terrible check-in . ( and not so good check out ). What we came for check in at 15 15 we have lost about 1 hour and 20 minutes for everything ( 3 families were before us for check in ). Hotel doesn't have even small lobby and we are waited on the street when the temperature was + 36-38 . Just 1 people MADE EVERYTHING ( for check in) and it was a lot of formalities. To keep one person in the "lobby " - it is not we expected. After such "check in " all other questions ( rooms size or furniture ) doesn't have any meaning.

The rooms were good and nice

1- I paid EUR 1800 for the stay and they insisted on charging me EUR 40 for a late checkout at 13:30!!! Only an hour and a half - which is usually flexible / complementary. 2- No room service. We had to order breakfast from Uber Eats!
