NH Collection Madrid Paseo Del Prado

Location

Room was awful! Single window at the end of a alcove that looked into a wall. Twin beds pushed together and the bathroom so dark you couldn¿t see well. I had a continuing stay (via another company after this one night stay. The room was excellent!

First and foremost, staff exceeds expectations every time. You cannot be better situated in Madrid. The NH Collection is highly recommended.

I only have great things to say about NHCollection Paseo del Prado.

The location is the only thing going for this hotel. Not much else I can say positive.

The rooms were extremely claustrophobic. It was very difficult to sleep here. Wall as are very thin. You can clearly here the conversation of other guests in their rooms and in the hallways. Complained several times- nothing done.

The fact that I booked a double room and when I got there I had to pay €40 extra to get a double bed! #NotAcceptable

Location. Hotel employee were awesome. Breakfast was spectacular.

Walls paper thin. Dark rooms. Faced an inside courtyard which kept our room dark all the time. Felt constricting. No sunlight. No view. No gauge of weather.

It was a terrible experience5 star hotel no way seen better 3 star hotels than this Rooms are old and cold Staff very unhelpful our room was so cold and they said they will send maintenance and they didn’t bother Breakfast was horrible and staff inattentive and rude.

It is located across from the Prado Museum which is why I booked it. The room was comfortable and had built in closet with lighting to put clothes and other personal items, Large selection at buffet and able to order further dishes from servers.

Zero hospitality here. Like checking into a hostel. Pathetic lounge and lobby. Dreary staff fulfill obligations out of a sense of duty. Cheerless.

Great location with 3 main art museums within walking distance, great neighborhood behind the hotel for fine dining, staff was very helpful, wonderful breakfast, room was lovely, Atocha train station 15 minute walk away for day trips.

I've tried other hotels but this along with the The Palace Hotel in Madrid are my favorites. I favor the NH Collection Madrid Paseo del Prado over The Palace Hotel, though.
