Busy neighborhood, lots of noise outside the window from 7am, bathroom door wouldn't lock

All was clean except the bathroom had little mold under the grout.

My room was not big, but I was traveling alone, and it was all I needed. I was comfortable, and the location, while it is not the most central if you want to be very close to the main places to see, has a subway station nearby, and it is not difficult to move around. In around 15 minutes of traveling by subway (plus a 7 or 8-minute walk to the subway station), you can be in the Sol, Plaza Mayor area. But it all depends on where you want to go. Unpretentious hotel that, for the price, was excellent for a short stay. I believe I will stay at the Infanta Mercedes hotel again next time in Madrid if I need to stay for two or three nights.

I was only there for one night, and my experience was positive.

Bedroom was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was also very good for the price.

There was no toilet brush in the bathroom.

Friendly and efficient staff. Good location a few minutes walking from Tetuan metro station. On a quiet street. Good air conditioning but slightly noisy. A few blocks from an excellent Carrefour Supermarket on the corner of Huesca and Orense.

No coffee in room. Small TV.

Good location and very friendly and helpful staff, and great value for money. No frills but perfectly comfortable and welcoming room, very clean. Pleasant view over park.

Nothing no to like.

Room has enough size for a single visitor. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good enough to taste traditional food and time to have breakfast was fair. This is a value performance hotel. Thanks.

Breakfast was good paid 7 euro each for breakfast, but there was no checking that you had paid. Had everyone paid?

No facilities for tea or coffee in room, nor anywhere you could buy one in hotel. Nothing given as a good will gesture, not even a bottle of water which was 1.50 euro in fridge.Hotel in need of upgrade. No friendly face on reception.

This hotel was very clean. The staff are very kind. They give me for free the meeting room and tge food was nice. BELEN is a very good manager and she will help you any any possibilities.

The bed was too small, but enough

It was quiet, and the location was really good, near the Santiago Bernabeu. I didn't have any particular problems and it was fairly close to various subway stations.

The room was on the small side, I missed some details, like maybe a disposable toothbrush and a comb. The window wouldn't stay open when I opened it. But all in all it wasn't a deal breaker.

It was close to the train station. Also close to the stadium. It had a really good breakfast buffet at a reasonable price.

Original room near the lift. I was booked a single but moved to a ground floor double. Room was airy and clean. Lots of hot water for shower. Great location. Near metro. About 35 minutes to airport.Plenty of places to eat and drink locally.Very little street noise. Breakfast was ok. Choice and value for what I paid

The room was nice and clean with all necessities provided. The breakfast had variety of options considering all dietry restrictions. The bed was also very comfortable and the staff was very polite.

We were staying there only for few hours. (I should check out my hotel at 11am and my flight was at 1am next morning)I booked this hotel to rest for 4-5 hours. It was old but sheets and towels was clean. For 2star Hotel it was OK. But a little bit old.

Nice place and location for my need.The receptionist are nice. Comfort bed, silent and function aircon. Internet good!The breakfast was good for me.
