Excellent location, very quiet, comfortable beds,excellent breakfast

I wish there were more comfortable spaces outside the rooms to hang out. More of a sofa area with lighting and some art, instead of the single chairs by the elevators.

Room felt a little bit spare and showed minor signs of wear but these are largely petty gripes

Staff at the Sated and Naked were not that friendly or informative.

There could be more options and more flavor in the food.

The lobby is not designed good - no wifi at the lobby (at the rooms there is a good wifi),no appropriate toilets and no electricity plugs to charge the phones

We really liked the overall vibe of the hotel and super friendly and helpful staff members. The room size (space), the comfy bed and pillows and the bathroom all was great. Cleaniness would be 10/10 and this is super important. Location is perfect as well.

Location, service, modern design.

No a/c and only one plug can be used in the room because if two were used, then the room electricity shuts down.

The facility was decent but not worth the price at all, the carpetIn the hallways wasVery dirty, they gave us water to drink right from the sink, the towels were not white but were supposed to be I guess they were stained, they had no amenities at all in the hotel!! I’ve stayed at much better for cheaper than I paid! It was in a good location, but that’s about it!!

Property was clean and a good size room. the location was amazing and close to all major tourist attractions. Even though it was a busy part of the city at night we were not able to hear any of the outside noise. Staff was very friendly!

The room was not clean .There is stains on the wall food particles under the bed , hair on the toilet seat . I didn’t feel comfortable at all and checked out early

The hotel is very centrally located close to Gran Via, Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor. Although it's in a busy area, the windows are soundproof and it is quiet inside. The room is spacious and clean.

The sink and shower are a part of the bedroom and can not be used if the other person is sleeping. Also the room doesn't have a kettle. Although comfortable stay it felt overpriced.

We had a wonderful time at Madrid, the room was amazing, a great location and the staff was helpful and kind.

Great location. Hotel is one of the new breed modern design chains. Clean and cool. Staff were friendly. Ride the Madrid metro. it is efficient, but the airport to downtown is three trains and requires some stairs.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The staff were all incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. It had just the right amount of space for us to feel comfortable and relaxed. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and conveniently located place to stay.

Clean, neat, super nice staff and in a very central location!

Great location, comfy and large room, lots of places for hanging clothes and keeping suitcase. Work area, fridge, sturdy door to the toilet, very welcoming staff, housekeeping arrived one minute after my call to reception with everything I asked for. Aircon works, windows open. Perfect combination

Nothing, all was great, though a coffee machine and/or teapot would have made this perfect.
