B&B Hotel Madrid Centro Plaza Mayor

Very close to Plaza Mayor. Not a flashy hotel but clean and nice enough.

Being so close to everything, it was a bit noisy until a little after midnight but not too bad.

Excellent location, and service.The rooms are very nice and common areas very welcoming. Have coffee and snacks available 24hrs .The staff is fantastic.

Well as it is an older building , that was adapted to be a hotel , have you go through many stairs . But they are wide and comfortable.

Fabulous location! We spent 4 nights here and loved the location. Clean rooms, friendly staff - everything you need!

Excellent location, right within the city center - this was the best feature.The stay, in itself, was ok.Reservation was without breakfast, yet every morning a bag with goodies was left outside the room - on the door handle.

Nothing specific to report.Probably not a 10/10 in cleanness, yes more than ok.

Lack basic items like water glasses in the room

The rooms had a recent refurbish, the bed is super comfortable. The location central but quiet at the same time. There is also a coffee corner open 24/7 with beverages, fruit and biscuits

Some rooms which are described as “internal view” have no view at all, the window is covered with a cover and it can be an issue if you are a bit claustrophobic. The reception was very nice in my case and accepted to change room wit an external view

The location is in the center and walking distance to any of Madrid attractions the view of the hotel is good everything was good

Need to add more towels and there isn't water in the room as well no shataf in the toilet

Bed wasn’t very comfortable

Wonderful service! I have stayed in expensive hotels, and this one is by no means worse. The staff is very attentive and caring. They somehow manage to create the impression that they are really happy to have me as a guest and genuinely want to do something for me. :)In the local cafeteria (apparently open around the clock, though I didn’t check), there is free tea, coffee, juices, pastries, and fruit. And also – it was a pleasant surprise! – every day they hung a bag with a bottle of water and some kind of pastry on the door handle.My window faced Santa Ana square, and downstairs was Atocha street, but surprisingly, it wasn’t noisy.Absolutely clean, everything brand new. The room is very small, but there are many hooks with hangers, plus a table where you can spread out your things.

The bed was very narrow; one time I almost fell off it in my sleep. That's the only thing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the staff is very helpful and the room was very nice.
