Clean, ordered, good furniture

Close to the center. Housekeeper is great.

Thin walls. No good view. Stale breakfast. No tissue paper.

Location is awesome..Very close to the train station and very accessible

We could not sleep properly. In the bed we felt a itching feeling (May be bed bugs, not sure about it). But definitely itching all night and we did not sleep properly itself. And it is noisy also.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel and its location in a very good neigborhood. The closest train station is within a very short walking distance and a 20 minutes ride by train to the city centre.

The elevator does not come down to the reception area. Had to struggle with luggage up some stairs to get to the elevator.

I was so pleasantly surprised. Spotless room, kind reception.

Staff was mostly pleasant and responsive to my needs.

I appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities, the size of the rooms, and the hotel's location near the subway.

Unfortunately, the hotel completely lacks any sound insulation—you can hear all your neighbors, including noise from the road outside.If you want to relax at night, you don't stand a chance. The locals staying there have children and go to bed at two in the morning—so the whole stay was a NIGHTMARE.

Good Location. Near to bus, metro and supermarkets. Spacious room and good service

Bed and shower a bit uncomfortable

The hotel is walking distance from the Alsacia metro station which takes you directly into the city. Our travel time would average 40 minutes to get into the city including the walking times to get to the specific spot we wanted to get to. We did not need to use Uber/Lyft apart from getting to and from airport. There is a supermarket (Carrefour) about a 8-10 minute walk, has almost anything you might need. The rooms have heating available for the cold weather. They cleaned the rooms nicely as well.

You can hear a bit of road noise which might bother you if you have a very sensitive ear.

Breakfast was good. Coffee in the room, front desk staff were very efficient. There was a lovely little pub 2 minutes walk away called the Pulperia o Miño. 2 minutes walk to the metro. Some shopping 4 minutes away.

The staff were super kind and helpful. Clean, peaceful place, close to metro station.

Every things were great I liked most in this place , it was big room and nice , clean shower .the view of the window from this room was so beautiful in the night .

It was only one soap in shower and no shampoo .it was much better if they had newer chairs .

Great place to stay, we chose to stay away from the noisy city center and found this Hotel, which easily connects you to the center via Metro. The only issue was the traffic noise, because it is located at a busy main road. It is not very loud but noticeable, since we are sensitive to such things, coming from a quiet village.Pillows could be a bit softer, but this is apparently different is Spain, they just use different types than in other parts of Europe. Overall, a very good place to stay with moderate prices for Madrid.

Nice place, great view from my room. Really enjoyed the included breakfast.

The bed was a bit hard, I enjoy them on the softer side.

Nice location near to Alsacias metro station (direct to Sol on the red line). Family room was spacious. Nice that coffee and tea making facilities provided.

Beds were very loud as they were essentially folding metal bed frames.

The property is bright, clean and spacious. The lifts work and the rooms are large and comfortable.
