There is no air conditioning, no air conditioning or heating in the room. There are a lot of long hairs on the sheets that have been changed. Its very dirty and its unbelievable.

Location

Cleanliness. Finding other peoples hair all over the bathroom, sheets and towels. Set up of room didnt work, night stand was feet from the bed. Fridge didnt work. It was more so old than historic. No hooks in bathroom, no where to put soap in bathroom.

No much. Located in area I wanted and easy to find.

Room was poorly designed and lower than basic. Some lights and other accessories didn¿t work. Noisy. Paid for 3 nights, but left after 1 since wife refused to stay in room any longer. Hotel and agencies would not offer a partial refund.

The room they gave us smells tobacco odoor, we had to ask for a change. they charged us to "keep an eye" on our small baggage

It was very close to the attractions we came to see.

Centric, out of noice street, beautiful decoration, great service and bkfs..love it..highly recommended….

The receptionist was very nice and changed our room.

The room they assigned us had cigarette smoke smell.

The location is great with everything close by - shops, restaurants and transportation facilities.

Inspite of repeated requests, the staff refused to upgrade my room - I was willing to pay more of course and willing to wait longer to move in. This was funny because I saw a big group leave sometime before I checked in. Also, my cousin who booked in the same category got a much better room.

Sheets were not very clean and had a strange smell. Hairdryer didn’t work well.

Staff is incredible, specially Isa who made us feel at home and Alexandra in the Cafeteria.

The location

It was rather old. Reminded me of prison rooms. Order from bathroom, kind of mildew smell, and they chain the doors at night from the inside. Fire hazard!

Location was excellant. Most staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was a comfortable size.

There was a major problem with drains for the first few days. The smell in the reception area was really bad, although they did their best to manage it. The bathroom needed updating, cracked sink, and the cleaning was basic, items on the floor when we arrived still there when we left! The mattress on the bed needs replacing.

Just the location

Everything disappointed us-no variety of breakfast,no kettle,the ambience and the interiors of the room..nothing was good..infact we canceled our next booking due to these reasons
