- Such a cute hotel - feels like a home - pretty garden - comfortable room - great breakfast - very helpful staff especially Diego - and close to airport - great value for money - will definitely stay there again ✨✨✨
- Clean & comfortable. Charming smaller hotel. Room was a very comfortable size. We prefer small hotels with local charm and this certainly fit the bill.
- Great facilities and staff! Very beautiful property and spacious and very bright sunny rooms.
Cons -
- Some traffic noise as we were in a room facing the highway which is very close. Not major though. A 15 min walk to the subway.
- Occasionally there was a faint cigarette odor in the lobby and stairway up to the first floor - which was a bit strange since smoking on the premises is prohibited.

The hotel is on a side street from a main avenue about 30 minutes north of the main tourist attractions of central Madrid. There were multiple bars, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores within a 5 - 10 minute walk. The neighborhood felt very safe, comfortable, and lively without being frenetic or overcrowded. Our room was fabulous - a sitting area, sleeping area, full bath and a large private balcony. The staff were helpful when we had questions. Finally, the hotel restaurant was excellent - turns out that they recently hired a Michelin-starred chef who is revamping the operation! We had dinner there one night and it was excellent. This hotel is a gem!

Quiet, comfortable, wonderful staff.
It is a charming family-run independent hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room are beautifully done and very comfortable. The supper was on the expensive side but all in all I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel..
Beautifully maintained property with fabulous garden and Michelin star restaurant. Staff professional and friendly. Room exceeded expectations for the price.

This was my first time in Madrid. I was travelling alone, but felt very cared for my the team over the five nights I stayed. I enjoyed that it was small, independent, and seemed private and quiet. I loved my garden room, it was charming and comfortable. All staff I interacted with were helpful, kind, and warm, and I genuinely felt welcome. I enjoyed the area, it felt safe and quiet and I used the bus system to travel to my conference at IFEMA daily and so the loction was perfect. Adding the breakfast option to my stay was a great choice, I enjoyed it very much.
Very classy with marble bathroom and elegant surroundings wood. Their staff was first rate having a cab ready for us 1st thing in the morning for the airport. Excellent wi-fi
Bed was mediocre. We stayed in lesser places in Spain and the beds were more comfortable. For what we paid, we expected more. The value was average. The dinner was high dollar and it was served late (which we don't like to eat late at night. So we passed. No snacks available to purchase in the hotel
Excellent location, close to amenities and metro station. Rooms are nice and spacious.
The staff is exceptional friendly and in particular Beatrice. They really go the extra mile. The food was excellent and the hotel is really nice. Very dog friendly as well. Excellent experience.
Charming small hotel located about 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the train station. We requested and received a garden room which was in a separate building with a small patio in a well maintained garden. The room was very clean and comfortable with tasteful decor. Our room was calm and quiet. Quality linens and bath products. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional.
There are limited restaurants in the immediate area.
Nice, spread out property. I had a room with a balcony.Clean spaces, quiet location. 10 minute walk to the metro.Soft beds, adequate toiletries.Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.Good area to go around for a walk with little traffic.

Great breakfast, beautiful building, quiet part of Madrid but decent transport links
Nice hotel at the peaceful neighbourhood in Madrid. Loved the restaurant.
I didn't have breakfast here, and location is good for close my friend's home
I didn't like a middle aged female staff at the front desk of the hotel, the rest of the hotel staffs are very friendly and hotel is bright and very clean and elegant . without this staff I would have rated the hotel an 8. The middle aged female staff was very cold and rude and you could not get any help from her. She was hang up on you for help, she was indifferently ask a seriously ill guest who lie in bed to meet the doctor downstairs in the meeting room on she own, she won't bring a chair to the doctor who has come to see the patient, etc. Her meanness and indifference is something I have never seen in any hotel. I hope she is not on duty when you stay in .
It is very clean both inside and outside, comfortable and 10 minutes from the subway on foot. The staff is polite and speaks English well enough (a rare thing in Spain). My room was not dated as I have read in some comments, it was just furnished in the old, classic-elegant style, and was quite pleasant to stay. The bathroom was very good, equipped with all the extras one would need. The neighborhood is one of the best residential areas in Madrid, just a walk to the subway is a pleasure. There are several eateries on that walk (you can have fabulous breakfasts in Panela), bars where you can get tapas and coffee even very late in the evening and multiple restaurants. Just on that walk, you can find a good bakery, a supermarket, a Burger King etc.All other comparable things we tried on Booking (and we tried a month or more before the travel) were noticeably more expensive but worse than this (if we do not count super luxurious hotels). It was simply impossible to find better than this in Madrid at the time. This is an obvious example of a very well-run business, where prices are also better than the competition.I fully recommend the place.
The best option is to get a room that looks either at the front or at the back of the hotel, because of the view. Our building side was also good enough, though it looked at some old house through the trees. On the flank side where the restaurant is, there is an abandoned lot which probably would not be a nice view from the upper floors on that side, though there is a wall between the restaurant and the place. They definitely need more power sockets in the room, but you cannot expect more from a hotel which was designed in some
Everything was great! The restaurant staff were very polite and friendly. As I have special dietary requirements, they catered to it. The breakfast was very nice. The reception went out of their way to assist in different things.
