The mattress was good

Mostly I went to Madrid to do some work and I needed to finish something to go to the embassy and I couldn't do it because there was no internet and the network of the hotel was not working.if I would have known it I would have changed hotels.

Breakfast was quite poor and staff wasn't really friendly (the thing that they speak only spanish is a big issue)

Only complaint - Not just this hotel but every hotel we used in Spain has the shower only 50% covered. The floor towel is totally soaked and the floor is wet. Very annoying.

A place to be .Super nice structure ,great staff .very simple and respectful. Someone even communicated with me in French .They speak Spanish, English and like I said a lady communicated in French. The neatness is super .

Staff was indifferent and many times rude. The coffee bar attendant behaved as if he did not want to take an order. The food in restaurant was awful and over priced. No business center.

Pricey but comfortable.

According to the international police association in Madrid. A 15% discount is provided to members. After presenting my IDENTIFICATION and the code URBIPA I was told that the discount wasn’t honored. I was choosing that hotel on recommendation of the ipa Madrid

This hotel is absolutely lovely, beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The room was spotless and well-organized, with everything we needed. What truly stood out was the staff: incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help. They made us feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommended!

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel, everything was great. My only regret is that I didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the facilities, like the pool and the fitness center.

There was no backup plan during the blackout. There are no generators in the hotel I couldn’t open a window. Thank goodness it was a short period of time.

Wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, lovely rooms and amenities. You will not need to ask for anything. Special thanks to Cristian for helping with a noise issue from outside at 3am, and for the amazing take away breakfast picnic bags for our early departure!

Modern, clean good layout including gym and outside terrasse. Restaurant and bar area comfortable with Simon charging / working stations

Pool was mid. Beds could be more comfortable. Bathroom plumbing was slow.

Nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood.
