The location was great but the staff were the best thing about this hotel. So friendly and helpful from reception staff to housekeeping staff and the lovely gentleman who took your passes outside the breakfast room always smiling and wishing you a good day. Staff helped me with directions and helped with booking taxis.
Value for money. Nice neighborhood. Very good breakfast and comfortable room.
The coffee place needs better decoration.
It was clean and close to a good park for running.

In a quiet part of the Centro district, with connectivity by bus or train to several locations and must see spots. Helpful staff, great breakfast selection.

Not much for the price.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were always well cared for and cleaned.
Need more gluten free options at breakfast. Bar should be opened longer hours for tea, coffee, etc. Location wasn't as central as I would have liked.
Location was great and overall enjoyed staying at the property. Room size was fine as per standard and everyday rooms were cleaned.
Breakfast spread was not upto the mark, it was the same spread over 3days. No variety at all.
Clean, friendly staff and convenient location.
Very good breakfast, very close to metro station, exceptional staff. Made to feel very welcome.
It would have been nice if there had been the option of dinner, as we were too tired to go out again one night. But plenty of good restaurants etc in the area
Lovely pool ,great idea giving towels round pool area.Had tea and coffee in the rooms
Good size room, clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, good location
