The location was perfect, just a few minutes to the subway station and main spots of Madrid

Located very well, good breackfast, very good staff.

They didnt have room slippers, the walls were thin, we can hear our neighbors.

Lobby was nice, breakfast good, rooms a little dated although excellent bathroom

Room facing inner court yard, no view and some people smokes there the smell of smokes gets into our room.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.Excellent location, very close to metro station, five minutes walk to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del So.Many cafes and restaurants were on the door step.

Light switches could have been easier to operate.

Very good hotel for the price and based on location. Easy to use the metro nearby and travel around Madrid centre.Clean and all basic amenities provided.

The card access to the rooms. These can be changed in the future to make it a contactless system which would be a lot easier.

People at the desk were very friendly and helpful! Also check in process was very efficient. The location is really good, close to mane bars and restaurants and to one of the biggest train stations. We went to a Jazz bar that was just 7 minutes walk away from the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious.

The hotels location is superb and the staff are great. Parking good and secure.

There was no milk in the room for te.a and coffee. Also they had closed the bar since my last visit in Nov 24

Location right in the centre, where can walk and no need to use a car to go to testaments and shops

Location of the hotel and the breakfast was good.

The hotel has serious soundproofing issues. There is constant noise from slamming doors, so I would not recommend staying here unless you bring earplugs. Noise from the water and plumbing in neighboring rooms is also disruptive.Breakfast is served only from 7:30 a.m., which is quite late for business travelers. When I asked the reception whether a sandwich could be prepared for me at 7:00 a.m., the request was refused.The rooms would also benefit from some refurbishment.

Location was great close to the metro to get to & from the airport. It is a very walkable city.

The room was a little small

The location was great, and the housekeepers tidied up the room every day.

The walls are paper thin, you can hear people having a shower or even snoring. The area is very niosy as well, especially at nights, there is sound of people outside and from the walls of the night clubs attached. No utilities of slippers and complimentary water. The room and the wardrobe were quite small.
