Reasonable cafe and very nice rooms

We asked for late check out for 15? extra because we were going through jet lag and we had to pay that ahead of time. They wouldn?t let us pay at checkout.

The room was nice.

The description states that the room reserved was a double bed with a king size bed. I thought I was getting 2 beds. The consider the double is a king size bed. I ended up paying extra to get 2 beds for my room.

Price, but regret paying it

Dirty, plumbing not working properly, heating not working properly. Service to take you to airport takes a long time to schedule, phone not working, blinds not working, mattress you can feel the wires.

The staff was nice.

The first room I was in, the shower door almost fell on my 8 year old son. The second room looked as if it had been broken into. I could see the broken wood in the door. The couch and chair was disgusting (room 3014).

Shuttle from airport was horrible. Drain in shower did not work. Caulking in shower was ugly and messy. Kitchen had no cups, dishes, silverware, or anything else. Bed was uncomfortable (too hard). Room was in a building far away from the reception.

Generous room space.

Location - close to hotel, very far from center of Madrid. Cafeteria was below par.

It was just okay. Nothing special but not bad.

I loved everything- it was perfect. The breakfast, the location the customer service.

I liked everything, I can’t say one thing what I wouldn’t have.

Ideal location, 10 minute drive from the airport but also close to a lovely shopping center, an Aldi and bus stops for getting closer to the center of Madrid

The pool was seasonal which we were not made aware of

Rude staff in the front office.

Fast check in and check out, good cafeteria, nice to have a kitchen but you need to ask for everything.

The microwave would not open, the ac didn't switch to heating mode. We waited about an hour for a maintenance man for the microwave who didn't arrive. There was only one pillow for each person.

I can't say there's much I liked. The parking was underground and I suppose that was helpful.

The attitude of the reception person form the beginning was "well you should know" we had to park in a driveway while we registered, this took almost half an hour. The person at reception spoke great English and insisted in talking only Spanish to my son in-law. They forced us to sign individually on the room on a Spanish contract that I could read and he wouldn't explain. That's just checking in. We eventually got parked by driving almost all the way around the block to verbal translated directions. The floor we were on smelled of cigarettes, the kitchen had nothing to cook with, the beds were small, it's next to a manufacturing company and so something (probably forklifts) start reverse beeping before the sun comes up. There's nothing about this place that would encourage me to come back.In fact Spain in general has a visitors not welcome sign. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Location and parking

The room was dirty, couch all stained, safe did not work, room smelled of cigarettes, walls were stained, light fixtures had 1/2 inch of dust, shower head needed replacing and the toilet ran, also the bathroom floor drain cover was not attached.

Confortable apartment and friendly staff. Nice buffet restaurant close by.

The swimming pool is clean with cabana beds and umbrellas, and the room itself was clean and spacious for 1-2 people. I liked being able to control the AC in my room and the bathroom facilities as well.

The location is a bit away from everything, but for a one night stay, there’s a mall and grocery stores about a 15 minute walk away. The walk felt safe with clear sidewalks.
