Location, near the Metro Station to everywhere you wanted to go; nice Staff, very helpful

The hotel is in need of a deep remodeling. Bathroom was dirty in a very bad shape. Walls paint is peeling off, floors are broken. Furniture is too old. Fortunately mattress was good and we could sleep.. For the price you can find something better!

The location is right in the center of town.

room was very old paint pealing, the bathroom tub super old and in bad shape. AC not working, room was very hot. I tried opening the window but the noise outside at night is crazy. Night life on that street is insane. Room floors dirty we found pills.

Everything was perfect! It was very clean and cozy. Equipped with everything you might need and the staff that is really professional, kind, and helpful! Good sound insulation - no outisde noise. Complementary water, coffee, tea and candies...This will be my favorite stay in Madrid and I will come back for sure. ¡Gracias por todo Tribu team!

I would just suggest - it will be useful to have disposable slippers in the room. And also additional hooks to hang towels in the bathroom and near the room entrance for long coats.

Room was great, comfy bed, everything clean, location great for shopping and tapas bars/restaurants

oh dear - the noise! Noise, I heard the man in the next room talking through the wall, people running up & down the corridor at 2-3am, someone (it sounded like moving furniture) above us.. and outside noise went on until 6.30am (people shouting, singing, it went on all night) However - there were ear plugs for us (from the hotel) in the cupboard... we didn't use them (I have an ear infection!!!) but they were there, so the hotel knew about the noise and did their best!!!

Great helpful staff and housekeeping was extremely timely and efficient!

Bigger room

Staff was super friendly, professional and helpful. Room was clean and welcoming. The bath towels are the best!!!!!Jose and Sandra were wonderful and very kind and patient with helping us navigate Madrid.

Housekeeping girls were outstanding and the front desk staff were very helpful.

They did not let us stay in one room and being told that the max is 4 family members but we were 5 me my wife and 3 children (all girls) so we were forced to get a second room . I think that the hotel policy and I respect that.

Everything, the location right at the center of everything with the metro station right in front, the staff was really helpful and always greeting everyone with a smile, the room was perfect, really clean and with spectacular views

This hotel is close to the City center and is a suite studio which includes cooking utensils. The room is very clean. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. We like it very much.

There is no elevator between the ground floor and 1st floor.

I appreciated the genuine friendliness of the staff, who made every interaction warm and welcoming. The room was exceptionally comfortable and provided everything I needed for a restful stay. The location was excellent and made it very easy to access the surrounding attractions and amenities.

The internet connection was a little shaky during my stay, although it did not significantly impact the overall experience. Beyond that, there is nothing noteworthy to mention.

I liked the staff, very nice and the facilities where modern and clean. It was central to almost everything and the metro station is 2 min away.

The area is more for people looking to party at bars, bathroom is somewhat small, since there is a kitchen inside, I guess the last people that stayed in the room or near the room cooked and the room stank like cooked hamburger for about 2 days. Had to leave the windows opened, the front desk did not help. The area is central but more for people looking for tapa bars and party. Windows cancel the noise but if you open them there is lots of noise until 4am. The bed is extremely hard so my back suffered.

Location, room, attention to details, and most importantly extremely friendly staff.

We LOVED this place. It was centrally located, around the corner from a supermarket and the metro!

Wonderful service and great location. Apartment was spacious and clean and decorated nicely, with everything you need for a short or long stay!

If you have issues with stairs then you might have difficulty here. About 6 steps to get to reception, then a short flight before reaching the elevator.

The room is exactly as shown, really clean and cozy and had all amendities (iron, blowdryer, coffee, hygiene). The location is excellent and the staff was very helpful and kind. One of my best experiences.

The noise insulation is not the best, but it is a quiet hotel, so it didnt present a big problem.
