Location in Madrid is perfect access to all attractions. Transport via Metro to all areas less than 50 mtrs

Even though the hotel is on a small street without any traffic, there were loud noises at night from the street, so I couldn't have the window open at night.

The location of hotel is pefect, in a side street by the plaza the Espania, 3 minutes to the metro station and walkable to all city centre attractions.Free coffee machine 24 hrs in the lobby. Beds are comfortable.

Hotel is very aged, definitely requires renovation. It is clean but very old . It is very noisy and no insulation between rooms, so constant disturbances during night. The cleaners start from 8 am and if cleaning next room it sounds like she is bringing the whole wall down!

We like the location, the people, the breakfast. Spacious bathroom.

The staff is awesome, very polite and helpful.The hotel position is basically in gran via, so awesome.

You can hear everything from the other rooms : steps, conversations etc.There was a sewage smell in the room but they tried to make it better.

The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big enough and clean. The location was excellent and not on the main street, just two blocks off.

Breakfast was just OK, not a lot of choices. It was a bit noisy with truck sounds around 5 in the morning both days. I guess the sanitation or workmen were starting their day. But I put earplugs in and I was fine.

Second time staying here, love everything in this hotel, location is great, the room were clean, water, coffee and bar accessible and breakfast.

It is very clean hotel and beds were really comfortable- we enjoyed it. Also it is great that there is complimentary water coffee and tea in thee loby. Breakfast was nice with variety of food and good juice and fruit. But the location is superb.

For us the heating was a bit too much as we come from colder climate. Otherwise everything else was great. I read some of the rewievs and people should be more realistic- this is 3 star hotel and has everything that 3 star hotel should.

Staff were very informative and friendly. Excellent location, right by the Senate Building and the Royal Palace. Really comfortable beds. Free water and teas and coffees.

Decor a bit dated, but very clean

The hotel is close to metro and bus stops and tourist attractions are walkable from here. They have hospitable staff, good food and complimentary facilities.

We didn't like the type of hotel shampoo and body wash as it's not conditioning enough for the hair.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel. The location is excellent (few steps from Plaza de Espana and the metro station). The room I had this time was quite large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Wifi works well (with some brief interruptions). The value for money is better than for many hotels in the same area.

The hotel needs some renovation both in the common parts and in the rooms. This time I did not use the breakfast service because on my previous stay I was rather dissatisfied (definitely not worth the cost)
