- Not much to like. It is best suited for Financial District travelers.
Cons -
- I forgot my shoes there after checking out and the front desk said they can ship them to me in Barcelona but after I provided the info and left the city, they said they couldn't do that anymore. I think the front desk staff wanted to keep the shoes.
- The restaurant is not open during the week, only on weekends. Spa service is also only on weekends. Location is not ideal for tourists. The five-star rating is generous at best.
- The manager not real friendly

Nothing.
I forgot my shoes there after checking out and the front desk said they can ship them to me in Barcelona but after I provided the info and left the city, they said they couldn't do that anymore. I think the front desk staff wanted to keep the shoes.
