Hard Rock Hotel Madrid

Our experience at the Hard Rock Hotel in Madrid was characterized by a lack of attention to detail, poor communication among staff, and an overall failure to deliver on promised amenities.

The uniqueness of the decor and great music everywhere

The rooms are tiny!!! Very claustrophobic

The staff was wonderful! I am an English-speaker with only a teeny bit of Spanish speaking/understanding, and I was able to communicate just fine. The hotel staff even helped me get a taxi back to the airport, which I had been nervous about handling alone

Nice looking hotel. Spacious bathroom. Located near Atocha Train Station. Close to Queen Sofia museum and some nice restaurants and bars.

Room was very small. The bathroom, although spacious, was strangely designed. Toilet was completely separate from the shower, which is not convenient at all. Hotel does not have a great location since it¿s also near an industrial area.

Clean and pleasant, fun decor, comfortable bed, fantastic shower.

Some times the lobby was noisy in the midnight which make it difficult to sleep.

The hotel is quite centrally located next to Atocha train station with the ability to reach every part of the city easily. El Retiro park is quite close for a walk, as are many wonderful museums.The room was nice - I find the modern design with the sink in the main area and toilet/shower separate to be working quite well. A+++ for cleanliness and the system they have to choose if you want your towels changed. The bed was quite comfortable!The Sessions restaurant had tasty food & the service was decent.The whole Hard Rock Hotel vibe overall rocks :)The staff was pleasant and always eager to help ( Miguel & Jalid especially ).

The pool area, although a nice bonus, isn't great with the sun shining only from 1 to 6 PM. ( nothing that the hotel can do for the neighboring buildings, though ) - The Balinese beds are definitely not worth it, compared to the freely available sunbeds.The price of a 500ml bottle of water for €5 is atrocious, especially at the pool bar ( a bottle of soda is €4.5 in comparison )The rooftop left a lot to be desired, not only in terms of the service but also the overall vibe/experience.The internet was a bit spotty at times, both for our phones and for the smart TV.

Perfect location close to Atocha Station, nicely greeted by Staff well before check-in time, great cocktails, dinner and breakfast at location. Clean and comfortable rooms

The hotel was great and the staff very helpful. The restaurant was good and very convenient to have the option for kids. The rooms clean and comfortable but tight. Although standard for Europe. Room service is great.

The restaurant could have a wider variety for kids. The bathroom has little privacy.

Very modern hotel. Our room was looking at the lobby where was music all day, but the windows where sound proof and you could hear nothing.

Breakfast too expensive. But there are cafes all around so we had breakfast outside.

Beds were very comfortable, the apartment was modern, cosy and clean.

The reception staff - they said the most important thing is that we are non-smoker (not to have great stay at hotel or something like that): tried to take 5 eur more than it should for expenses, etc.The main elevator didn't work, we had air-condition in front of our door room, and few more in hole, so it was nosy for sleeping.

Thermostat didn’t work.Four nights and still couldn’t figure out the lights.

Staff were very helpful and polite

Sometimes it will be so noisy from the lobby if you are in lower levels room + The location is not that great not very close to main attractions but it’s very close to the train station honestly

The hard rock hotel and Madrid was awesome. It is close to the train station and metro. It is next to the Sofia Reina museum and the Prado museum. Restaurant and bar is the best in Madrid. Good old fashion whiskey drinks
