The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes to suit all tastes, which was a great start to each day.

Great property, very clean and close to the airport. Going to downtown wasn’t difficult as bus stop is 2-3 mins walk and I have 2 kids. I chose the breakfast inclusive option and it was fabulous. The front desk was very helpful in guiding u, taxi booking etc.

The location was close to metro stations and reaching any central place in Madrid was a matter of 20 minutes. The neighbourhood was very calm, green. Personnel was friendly and supportive. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and cozy.

What I didn't like about my stay was the short traveling time : )Madrid was amazing. Probably autumn is the best time to visit Madrid. Rest was good. Thanks for your great work.

It’s a nice clean hotel, friendly staff and a good location just outside the centre of Madrid so easy access to main town centre, and some nice local restaurants

It was very warm in the bedrooms and they had turned off the AC facility for the whole hotel so we had to sleep with our bedroom windows wide open!

The air conditioning was not working and I asked twice for a different room. The staff was always answering: We will send someone. Until I had to get really upset to get another room.

At any moment the personal informed us about the restaurant options and we couldn't have lunch there. It was difficult to find where to eat given the location. There are not many close options If we had known about the time we could have taken other options

Really nice hotel. Great location, close to the airport and the congress center. The beds are comfy and the breakfast was good.

Quick check in, access , bar and restaurant area an de swimming pool area terrace also great

Maybe the table or desk in the room to small just coffee stuff and telephone occupied half it not enough space to site and work with the laptop for sample

The highlight of my stay at Ibis was definitely the bed—super comfortable and likely the best I’ve had at this price range. The hotel is spotless, with a refreshing breeze throughout. The breakfast offers a great variety, and the freshly cooked sunny-side eggs were a nice touch!

Nice hotel. Good pool. Good location in terms of getting to and from the airport. Room was spacious and very clean.

We had one meal at the hotel which was disappointing. The staff were all very friendly except for one guy who worked behind the bar - who made you feel like you were bothering him every time we ordered something, which was a shame.
