Scented every where. Sensitive people (allergic or asthmatic) should be cautious as they use fragrances during cleaning.

The location is excellent. There's a security guard at the entrance, which both evokes apprehension and, conversely, creates a feeling of security. The reception is very polite, and check-out is possible at any time, which is very convenient. The room was very clean and bright. We had a room with a city view. We were worried about street noise, but no, it was quiet. Breakfast was also delicious, and you can start it before opening (useful for early flights).There is a great bar upstairs with a super view.

It would be great to have a more powerful extractor fan in the toilet.

Great location, friendly and professional staff always ready and eager to provide information and answer questions. The property is in the heart of Gran Via, next to Callao Metro station. Security was great with 24/7 hrs. personnel both at lower level as the reception on level 9. The property is very comfortable, has all amenities one would want for a great stay. There is a roof top bar with a great view of the city. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely use it again on my next trip to Madrid.

The location was great and an easy walk to lots of tourist sights, The staff were all very helpful and efficient. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. It had also a lovely smell. The breakfast each morning was delicious and there was a good selection to choose from. It was also good value for money.

There was quite a lot of noise in the street below, if the window was open. But nice and quiet when window was closed. To be expected in the middle of a big city though.

Location was excellent.By allowing luggage to be kept prior to couple days before check in, was exceptional out of norm service provided. ( i guess it was on case to case basis). But that was a real plus point for the hotel.Not many hotels will do that.Kind of very noisy in the night from the streets when u leave window open. Front Desk staff was just excellent. Breakfast spread was sufficient. Just that dishes was the same for the 2 nights stayed there.Will definately come back to stay when am in Madrid again.

There was blood stain on the duvet cover.However housekeeping got it changed immediately once informed.Towel could have been better.Kind of worn off.

I like the position , easy to walk around. The staff very polite and helpful.

I expect the room a bit bigger. The douchette wasn't easy to regulate it.To dry your hair it was too noisy.

I liked that there were plenty of electrical outlets in the room, as well as USB sockets for charging phones. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

When I entered the room, there was a very intense smell that made me feel almost sick. Luckily, I was offered a new room without any problems, aside from a bit of waiting and having to move my luggage. Overall, the hotel and the rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly. Location is central but super busy and crowded. Despite the note saying that amenities could be requested at reception, the one item I really needed - the vanity kit - was not available.

We had to ask for heating to be turned on in the room and the immediate reaction was that we had opened the window! Person said would check their system and we never heard back but heating came on …. And the shower was lukewarm - could not get a hot shower

Amazing breakfast. I don't eat breakfast ever... but I did everyday on vaca. Really the breakfast is THAT FABULOUS. Served over 5 hours (maybe 7-noon) Several assorted meats, cheeses, breads, sweet breads/danish/croissants, coffee, cappuccino, etc, with honey and sugar options... fruits, yogurts, 3+ cereals, ... what else... tuna, avocado, 3 types of eggs (scrambled, over easy, quiche or omelette)... 4 juices...there's more, but I don't remember. (See Key and Peele Continental for the reaction you will have...) Well-staffed breakfast crew. Would get GF bread for my husband each day and fill our room (drinking) water bottle. Amazing location. We saved so much money on (1) transportation (most everything was walkable - if it was more than a mile away, we walked, stopped for drink and then walked more) and (2) lunch - we didn't need to get lunch even once since we were so filled up from breakfast!Also. The staff was amazingly helpful in plotting directions on maps, pointing me to stores that my kids would like, etc. There's a security guard at the door, and I felt extremely safe the entire stay.

Not enough sun beds

Great location - on the main road, close to tourist attractions. Good room sound proofing - just heard some sirens overnight.Bed was huge & very comfortable.Shower was goodStaff were all friendly.Breakfast was good - lots of choice, but quite busy at times (lay out of hot food not great when busy)Roof terrace was nice - good views!

Room was quite small, but fine for a short stay.Didn't like the frosted glass toilet door & no proper bathroom door

The refrigerator is next to the bed, so some noise may be heard during sleep.

The location was the main reason we chose this hotel as we were only staying one night and wanted to be close to all the main sights. We opted to add breakfast and glad we did as it filled us up into a meal later in the day

I’m never a fan of such an open bathroom and see through doors!

Location is great, views from the room terraces and common terraces overlook Gran Via. Breakfast buffet is good.
