Room was nice

i could not control the temperature. so, at some time, it was way too hot in the room

Location 25 minutes to central Madrid.. nowhere to go from hotel. Air conditioning for entire hotel not working…worse sleep ever.

Location - although the hotel itself is only a short walk to the metro/tube station, there isn't very much in the area with only a handful of restaurants near the cinema or the onsite cafeteire which has a limited menu so you would need to travel into the city centre.

The location is strategic, not too far from the airport nor the city center. There's also a good variety of restaurants close by. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. They even gave me suggestions when I asked about something.

The only downside to the whole experience was the breakfast, it starts at 7AM and I couldn't be there to enjoy it, even when I paid for it, because I had to be at the office at 7AM. They suggested to ask for a "picnic" which means they would get it ready for me before I got to work and I could pick it up on my way out every morning. But I lost the possibility to choose what to have for breakfast. All I got was a dry and cold bikini sandwich, a small juice, 2 fruit pieces, a small water bottle and a bag of salted chips. Not exactly what i imagined for the price I paid to stay there with breakfast included.

Location was a little out of the way, but it did work for us as that is where our tour started.

The younger front desk is super nice. The one named Maria was a bit mean. She works for hospitality business, she needs to be nicer and not rude.

The staff was very nice and helpful, room was fine, the breakfast on the first was very good.

Big part of the breakfast on the second morning was leftover from the previous day (the cooked food looked fresh), some of the bread was already stale and hard, and some of the fruit was even spoiled.

It’s about a 20 minute drive from the city and apart from small restaurant at the hotel, there is not much else around. It was the weekend so maybe during the week more cafes etc are open.It felt a long way from the city

It was clean, new and the breakfast was excellent.
