Woohoo Rooms Fuencarral

La habitación es tan linda como en las fotos.. METRO TRIBUNAL está muy cerca (en la misma calle), sin embargo, si vienes con muchas maletas puede ser difícil o cansado salir del metro porque tiene muchas escaleras no eléctricas.

Solo proveen un gel, que es gel de ducha y shampoo. Me hizo falta el acondicionador.

Good location and check in/out facility.

Foam top mattress a bit warm. Personally not my favourite type of mattress. It was promoted as a junior suite when it is really a small room which was deceptive.

It’s small apartment inside a building with some small rooms called Joiner suite which is not , the staff were not cooperative at all

Staff is friendly and helpful. The bed and linens were top-notch. New, clean bathroom. Sound proof window to lively shopping street. 5 minutes walk to Grand Via. 10 minutes walk to mercado San Anton. We look forward to staying here again!

CNN in English would be nice!

Great location - right in the centro area. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was so helpful from start to finish. They are very responsive to questions via The Booking app and we appreciated their attentiveness.

The elevator didn’t work for one of the days we were there and it also only goes to every even floor and the hotel entrance is on an odd floor. If you have heavy suitcases as we did then a strong back is required. There is also no common area where you can meet or gather like a lounge.

We enjoyed our stay at Woohoo Fuencarral in Madrid. The location is ideal as it is conveniently located in the Centro. The room was comfortable and clean. Our room was on the main road side and even so it was quiet. The staff was exceptional and took care of our needs. The communication was excellent from the start of our trip to the end.

We didn't realize there was no common area to meet such as a lounge. The pictures on the website accurately depict the room so it is my fault that I did not notice this.

Everything was fine - this location is in the heart of the shopping streets in chueca so if you want something a bit more quiet then consider a different location.

The hotel was very close to Gran Via, very convenient for everything and easy to access,in a old building. We loved the location and the view from the balcony. I would definitely recommend and would come back anytime.

There is no breakfast option, but if course you are close to everything.

It was located in a great area with lots of restaurants and stores. Clean and comfy rooms.

It was hard to find being unknown of the area but once found it was great!

The property is very well located, really in the heart of the center of Madrid. You have everything you can possibly need down Fuencarral Street. The room was very clean and tidy, with a really comfortable bed, good pillows, and a great bathroom. The mini fridge included free water bottles and some instant coffee and tea and a water boiler which is really nice. The staff is friendly and always available via WhatsApp to give assistance about accessing the property.

Maybe the signage on the front door of the building could be a little clearer, but that’s a minor opinion.

How central it was to all the best shopping without being noisy at all.

We had an excellent stay at Woohoo Rooms Fuencarral. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Madrid. Rooms were spacious to accommodate my family with 2 kids and very helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Such a fantastic location. Yes the street is busy but once the windows are shut it's not a problem. The staff are extremely helpful and the bed is mega comfortable.

The rooms are small. Couldn't have done a week there but perfect for a 4 day city break

Central position perfect to visit Madrid city centre, Prado museum, plaza Mayor, Palacio Real.Beds very comfortable, fantastic big shower, people at the reception very nice and professional, appreciated the tea/coffee water welcome kit.

Should be specified that the structure is in personal area not accessible by car the car must be parked in the parking place and then reach the structure on foot. Not a problem, just to be aware to avoid to be taken picture of the car plate and avoid fees.
