The breakfast staff and food was delicious

There were a few issues with my room. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly and coffee machine didn’t have a top for the water basin. It was rusty inside. Cleaning person took my key which is a security issue.

Everything! Beautiful, clean, great location. Wonderful staff! I would definitely stay here again.

For a 4 stars hotel all staff should have been friendly smd not a few. The house keeper kept my room cleaned. There was one specific member from reception that went above and beyond with his patience I can't remember his name but he was working on 8.02 morning shift.

The reception staff should be friendly and attentive not only during check-in but also at check-out. Since there was no queue at check-out, Ms. Olga could have been more welcoming and friendly.The hotel is very well located, but it’s not ideal to visit on rainy days with families. There are only two restaurants — one indoor and one outdoor. Due to the weather, only the indoor restaurant was open.We chose this hotel based on the reviews, but they were not accurate. We stayed for the weekend, and since there is no lounge in the hotel and Madrid’s nightlife is mostly geared toward adults, it was quite boring for the kids, especially at night, as we had to stay in the room.

The pull-out sofa was broken. And totally uncomfortable.

Big bathroom, really good shower & hot water. Bed comfortable. Excellent breakfast with loads of choice. Staff were friendly & attentive. Good location easily walking distance to city centre. There are plenty of amenities close by.Underground metro on your doorstep.

Rooms smelt of drains. Tea & coffee facilities could be better with proper cups instead of paper one. For a 4* hotel, there were no bottles of water in the room.

Only the rain!

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is varied and delicious.

Even though the room was on the last floor, and it was a little bit airless ( no ventilation in the bathroom, a small window that you can not open), the experience of the hotel was amazing. The breakfast is something unique. The staff helfull and kind all the time. The location the best. Within walking distance of 10 -15 minutes, you are everywhere! Fully recommended.
