AC Hotel Los Vascos

The location and the cleanliness

The AC did not work¿ it was over 80 degrees in the room. we tried calling but the phone in the room didn¿t work. Went down and They didn¿t have a fan for us so we had to sleep with the window open to sleep but it¿s open to the loud street below. Was h

The room was clean and spacious with nice natural lighting. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. All in all, a great option for the price!

Great location, nice room, and excellent staff.

The breakfast was amazing. There were great variety of food and everything was fresh and delicious. The serving staffer was friendly and helpful.

The room is so small that its size surprised me considering the price. The facilities are also quite old. It’s not very convenient to get to the city centre. I only booked it because I was traveling for work. The receptionist at the time I checked in was not very patient. I asked a few questions about invoice (which he didn’t really answer clearly). He sighed with a forced smile multiple times as if I was bothering him (my husband and I joked about this during our stay but it wasn’t a pleasant experience)

clean room

no AC.. only heater available

The hotel is located outside of city center, but in is a good and quiet district with close and many public transport possibilities. Water bottles and coffee capsules in the room were renewed every day. Cleaning personnel was not noisy in the mornings, I loved it.

_

Location was excellent, and the hotel was super clean

The fan in the room was a bit noisy

Location, room cleaniness and reception staff

Paid for Breakfast buffet during stay.Member of staff running it was not keeping up with produce demand. We have to wait over 20 minutes for some pastry. Not good at all.

Excellent staff, very clean rooms. I liked their efficiency and the fact that the room was deep cleaned- not just superficially.

Did not eat in the Hotel

Room was very warm, AC did not work, only heat

Clean, location, room/fixtures top notch

Friendly Staff, excellent breakfast and nice room

The hotel is located in a quiet location. At night, there was no noise from the street. Modern equipped hotel, very clean, comfortable. Tasty breakfast. Helpful staff.

The lobby and downstairs was very welcoming and warm. The breakfast had a variety of pastries, meats, yogurt...a delicious spread.

The rooms are sadly in desperate need of upgrading. The furniture was a dull brown metal (think metal file cabinet) and not attractive. The room color scheme was a dull beige. The worst part was that the "gym" ...a few pieces of cardio equipment and a few free weights ...was directly opposite my room in what was essentially still part of the hallway. It was not contained in it's own room. This resulted in my hearing every beep beep of people pressing buttons adjusting the machines and their heavy panting while working out. Not up to the standard of say the Paris airport AC Hotel.

Spacious room.Very quiet area.Nice breakfast.Coffee in the room.

The bed was a bit squeaking.

I enjoyed the stay here. Location is very convenient, not far from the metro station. It was also perfect for us, as we wanted to visit musical festival in Botanical Garden and it is in 15 minutes walk. The hotel is clean and comfortable, also very quiet (which is not always the case in Spain). Exactly what I wanted.

Clean room.

Laundry facility is costly. No provision for washing underwear and drying.

The room, although on the small side, was comfortable and quiet. The air conditioning system worked really well during the stay.

There was nothing I did not like.

The room is not that big in actual size but the arrangement of the furniture is systematic including the bathroom.

The hotel should have some kind of additional amenities and more rooms.

Matress could be more comfortableFacilities were limited during the week, restaurant was closed sunday night
