I absolutely love Hotel Único Madrid. The location is perfect and the atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming. I’ve stayed here several times, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back — they truly make me feel at home. The staff is wonderful: they know me, treat me with genuine warmth, and always go above and beyond to assist with anything I need. They’ve even helped me plan day trips with my children to nearby cities, which made our stay even more memorable.A place that perfectly combines luxury, warmth, and personalized service. Definitely my favorite hotel in Madrid.

The location

Quality not up to the standard. Especially the beds, very casco and uncomfortable. Amenities were not high quality.

Excellent location in a beautiful recently renovated hotel and the staff was 10/10. We’ve stayed in this property before and always look forward to staying here every time we visit Madrid.

Staff was really amazing and helpful. The location is truly fabulous, amazing stores, restaurants.

The room didn’t have AC because it’s winter and was set up at 24C, a little high for my taste.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff efficient, professional and welcoming.

Some issues with room climate control system: no cool AC if outside temperature is below room temperature.Room to room sound proofing in our suite was not good.Even with double glazing, noisy a few times in the early hours due to street cleaning, and noisy pedestrians on Fri/Sat & Hallowe'en.

I loved the location, I could go anywhere walking, the food was amazing and the staff was very personal. I love Madrid and I will like to stay there again.

The hotel was in a beautiful central area of Madrid with easy access to everything. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful and the room was a good size and very comfortable. I stayed in a hotel at a time when they were doing construction across the street and unfortunately they emptied the dumpster in the middle of the night - clearly not the fault of the hotel. I would recommend wholeheartedly!

Quiet and nice hotel. Professional and friendly staff.

I had to make a late check out because of my flight. I didn’t got the room for extra money or time. I did not wanted to pay any extra fee. Instead they offer me guard my luggage’s, and offer me a Shower from their spa facilities to bath and leave for no cost. For me was a great gesture

Small room, beds roll away and no headrests. Getting in and out of the tub is an accident waiting to happen.

Beautiful hotel, feels like townhouse with tons of chicPerfect quiet location in the heart of Salamanca bario, you almost don’t feel like a tourist.
