VP Plaza España Design

rooftop swimming and sunbathing, sky bar, room, Breakfast, spa..... everything!

Lobby staff are excellent. They treated us like royalty. Cleaning staff did a wonderful job.

During our visit, we did not even open the minibar. However, a day after we left they charged our card for missing drinks. They never returned the money even after our complaints. If I had known this, I would have taken a picture of the fridge on day 1.

Incredibly clean, helpful staff.

Limited gym.

The location was great and the room was very clean. the front desk was very sweet and helpful.

Everything was within walking distance. The staff was always courteous and attentive. The rooms were nice and I love the toiletries, l¿Occitaine. It was a great value is it cost substantially less than other five star hotels in the area.

It could¿ve used a professional concierge, as is typical of a hotel that of that caliber.

New hotel beautiful modern designed room

Outstanding service and impeccable amenities. Location was great and the hotel went out of their way to accommodate you in anyway that you needed.

The staff was exceptional The property was excellent.

Excellent service, staff, and rooms GREAT HOTEL

Location, cleanliness, and comfort.

Room was a bit tight for a deluxe family room. Pool experience could be improved. They quickly kick you out after 7pm, but you can't just go sit and finish your drink or food in the roof restaurant. They kick you out of that as well for not having a reservation as it is open to the public. Staff in the roof bar and pool could be a bit friendlier. Breakfast needs some improvement for a five star hotel in terms of variety and selection.

Tv options, no BBC or CNN or Arte. ( at least not in the first 6 rows of options). Glad AlJazeera and TV5 monde were included. Breakfast option was too expensive so we did not take it.

Great locationAnd amazing service in the under ground parkingWe had an ev car and the hotel had all the service you need for easy access and charging

This hotel was everything I would expect at this price point and did not disappoint- clean facilities, very comfortable room, and staff who go above and beyond. We ate at the restaurant and our meal was delicious. We also took advantage of the pool on a hot afternoon and it was lovely.
