Great staff, comfortable verh clean rooms. When we reported a problem with barhroom door, they rected immediately. The breakfast was great with a variety to choose from. I will go back for sure!

I was having trouble with my credit card and the front desk officer was so patient with me. I checked in at the last minute and was completely stressed so I appreciated the kindness.

The room was wonderful, big enough and comfy. The bed was also large and comfy, with nice pillows. I slept like a baby after a night out.There are a lot of amenities, in case one has forgotten anything. I have been in quite a few hotels, and I have never seen so many offers! The staff was very nice and available for any questions and suggestions.Other than that, the hotel is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, with a lot of restaurants, bakeries and supermarket options around. It is also walking distance to the centre of Madrid, if you don't mind a nice 20/30 minute stroll to the most popular spots.

The walls are thin, and you can hear people from the other rooms, including in the bathroom.Also, the shower had two bottles of shampoo but no shower gel.Other than that, we really enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The girl on the reception was aiso so nice helpful and friendly. I would be glad to recommend a stay here to friends and family

Nothing, it was great for me

Fabulously helpful and kind staff. Location is good, in the heart of Barrio de Salamanca but hidden enough to avoid dense traffic. Bed was fantastic and everything was very clean. Breakfast was really good as well, varied and great food quality.

The sliding door for the bathroom door isn't an amazing since it can't be properly closed, so didn't love that.The parking access, although very well kept and signalled, is a bit snug for big cars (5m and above), but Madrid is famous for its horribly tight public parkings, so all good.

Breakfast was good, but they didn't have tortilla de papa.Excellent location. Near train station, Retiro, good restaurants.

The receptionists were very helpful! We asked them about the Metro and one of them gave us a metro card with five rides left so we were able to use it and reload it. After we figured out our bearings, we were able to use the Metro to go back to the main train station a few days later instead of taking a taxi which takes longer than the convenient metro which is not even half a block away! The supermarket was right around the corner (2min walk) so you can pick up fresh fruit, drinks, breakfast items!

The hotel is fantastic

The check in process took so long. There was only one receptionist (she was lovely and so patient but totally overworked!). The rooms were not ready for 13:00 as we were told in the confirmation email but at 14:00, which really delayed us as we had a booking for a meal. The doors of the rooms are very very noisy! They bang every time so it is difficult to sleep!!!
