    Pros +

    • The staff were helpful and friendly and it was easy to get to places from this hotel. The room was also suprisingly large. Overall wonderful experience.
    • The people especially the two differently we dealt with at reception. The location was wonderful AAA was the food
    • Good location

    Cons -

    • The fridge was so full of mini-bar for sale stuff that we couldn't use it for our own water. And if there was ice, we couldn't find it.
    • The listing indicated there was a hotel shuttle; there was not, which resulted in a surprise 60 Euro taxi expense. The staff upon check in was generally unhelpful, but a later interaction (with someone else) was OK. Also, the bar was lame.
    • We originally had a standard room on the inside and it was somewhat noisy from hotel elevator (or something mechanical). We upgraded to a balcony room facing a side street and it was well worth the price (40 Euros/night including breakfast).

Service was outstanding. Rooms are modern, very functional, shower is great, bed was best we had in Spain. It's across from the Prado museum and convenient to many bars and restaurants.

We originally had a standard room on the inside and it was somewhat noisy from hotel elevator (or something mechanical). We upgraded to a balcony room facing a side street and it was well worth the price (40 Euros/night including breakfast).

I stayed for 2 nights at the Radisson Madrid in a junior Suite (50 m²) with 4 traditional Spanish (narrow & tall) balconies (Square View). The suite is very modern with an artist touch, it was super comfortable. The location was central. Reception Staff were warm and friendly. I had a great stay and will be back in the near future.

The property was gorgeous and had all the needed amenities right at your fingertips. It is centrally located and allows easy access to everything . The staff was accommodating, letting us check in early and taking care of a drink spill we had in the room without any issues.

    Nothing really!

Everything! Hotel is close to all the main attractions, right opposite Prado Museum. A lot of nice tapas places around. Staff is very helpful, friendly and just take the extra step to make your stay even more comfortable

The property has a great location across the street from the Del Prado Museum. We walked all the way to La Gran Via street and it was a beautiful walk. Also the tourist red bus stop is just across the street.

We got a room on the 1st floor/Mezzanine our window was just in front of a noisy set of restaurants. The staff was just aloof. Nice but not friendly at all. Breakfast was expensive. The rate for 2 nights too high.

    8ErinPosted on: 10-26-2025

It was an excellent location right across from the Prado Museum. Excellent staff.

I I would like my room to have all the amenities I need without having to call housekeeping. There weren’t any extra pillows or blankets, and there was no iron and ironing board in the room.

    10RichardPosted on: 9-26-2025

The best thing about our stay was the staff. Wendy was phenomenal. Not only did she address all our needs, but did it with the best smile and attitude I have ever seen or felt in a receptionist. It was like coming home every time we walked. The breakfast was very nice with excellent food and amazing that one staffer was able to serve all those people. The fruit, breads, omelette and coffee was exemplary.

The rooms were a little small and compact. Expected for a city hotel.

    8abdullahPosted on: 9-22-2025

The location is prime near the prado museum. Great coffee places and restaurants around. Room size is ok for a city hotel.

i wish there was water spray in the toilets to clean up.

Location and front desk staff were very friendly

Air con was going but didn’t cool. Bathrooms needed new silicone around the shower mouldy and dirt trapping. Breakfast very average.

    10DavidPosted on: 9-17-2025

Excellent and I mean couldn’t have been better location. Spacious room: suite with plaza balcony. Two bathrooms. Comfy bed. Warm reception from the staff and they were helpful every step of the way.

    Can’t think of one thing.

    9MarinaPosted on: 8-29-2025

I did not include the breakfast. The location was amazing. Close to the train station, most attraction points.

    Nothing that I can recall.

    The location

I got an accesible room for a disable person that was very uncomfortable. When you showered, the entire bathroom floded.
