Breakfast was great but when you have an early international flight it would be nice if it oppend at 6 not 7

The need is made up of two smaller beds so you have a separation in the middle

The location is good and bad. Good because it's close to the airport and that's probably why you're staying there. Bad because there's just not a ton around there. We tried to find a place to eat nearby and could only find a bar about a mile away.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport. Parking was easier than other locations we stayed at. The shower water pressure was good. The hotel provided a large bottle of water each day, which was appreciated. The room had a kettle but no mugs - just paper coffee cups, which I did not want to use. The room did have a constant-fan setting, which was great. The room was quiet.

The lobby had a horrendous strong incense smell that was apparently deliberately being added to the lobby via a plug-in machine. I found it nauseating and migraine-inducing. The whole lobby and atrium stunk horribly, but fortunately the room itself did not smell. When we arrived a very large group from an apparent cancelled flight was in the lobby (we only found this out later), and we had to wait 22 minutes to start check-in. Breakfast was unappetizing, and there were only two coffee machines that seemed to need frequent attention.

The hotel and room are well equipped. The best feature of this hotel is its location. It has a couple of shopping malls 5 minutes away, which is very convenient. You can find all kind of stores and restaurants, even stores for pets. The place is quiet

It was very comfortable traveling from the Airport to the Hotel. The transport came on time. You know its winter and I didn't stay long outside the Airport. That was very good. The room was excellent. The breakfast was superb. I asked for an early check in and I got it. That was very nice of Axor Feria Hotel. The reception staff, drivers, cleaners I met in the corridors and staff I met in the restaurant were very nice, respectful, helpful and made me feel at home.

Language issue with the Drivers. They didn't speak English, and communication was a problem.

Airport shuttle left every 30 minutes, was able to get to the airport in time even though my daughter was late and we missed the one we scheduled for (only 15 minutes to terminal 4)

The Feria is next door to the other Axor hotel (which seems to be where all the restaurants and services are based). Gets confusing because they use the same address for checkin when arriving by cab.

The girl at the reception was really nice and helpful, she would also greet you outside her working hours in the streets of Madrid.

AC is not what you would expect, it's not the best AC, it only blows like 20C

I truly appreciated being able to check in early! and the free shuttle to and from the airport! Gracias? Additionally, the two emails I sent were answered in a timely fashion with accurate information.

The shuttle driver did not speak English. I am able to speak/understand some Spanish. Fortunately another guest was able to translate. It wasn’t horrible and I understand but it was frustrating trying to understand what she was telling me until the kind guest interpreted.

- Room didn't have everything that was described - e.g. no shower mat (slip hazard), no coffee, no milk powder- Garbage bin liners are not changed on a daily basis- Hotel aroma was a bit overbearing.- Hotel room would have benefited from a microwave.- Room key was deactivated after one night (I was staying two nights)

The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. there was dust on the floor and a used bar of soap in the shower.

Location - close to the airport

Housekeeping only changed the bed sheets but didn’t throw the trash, didn’t fill up the soap dispensers and didn’t change the towels.The rooms were SUPER small. It is not okay for 3 people.The bathrooms are not noise isolated - you hear everything that happens in the toilets.

Breakfast was nice. They were very accommodating with my son and provided us a crib. The drivers from the shuttle to and from the airport were super nice and kind.

Location

The hotel–airport shuttle driver did not have an updated guest list and refused to verify the information with the front desk. As a result, the driver did not allow the guest to board the vehicle. This is a serious mistake that could have led to a missed flight.

I was genuinely disappointed with my stay. The moment I opened the door, the room stank of cigar smoke, and it never went away. It was strong enough to make the space uncomfortable and definitely not what you expect from a hotel at this price point.I mentioned it because it seemed like housekeeping should have noticed this before assigning the room. It felt unclean and poorly maintained, and it absolutely affected my stay.

The food at the restaurant was delicious and most of the people there were very professional.

The restaurant closes at midnight. We arrive at the restaurant at 11:30 pm and a waitress was extremely rude, trying to discourage us from going in. since we were hungry, we went in. The food was amazing, but that particular waitress was not.

Comfortable beds, nice breakfast and a good, free airport shuttle. It’s great for a one night layover - but far from the city, so I wouldn’t really stay there if your intention is to travel around the city. It is close to a big bus stop though, so you can travel in if you’d like.

The lobby had a super strong scent of air freshener. I would consider toning it down - the smell was really overpowering.

Very convenient to go to the airport, free shuttle, nice rooms, restaurant on site.

Room needs more outlets to charge phones/tablets etc...
