Nice place, clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Hostal located close to the metro station and walking distance to city attractions. Good place if you want to save money. I will stay there again.

We liked very much the comfortable location, the easy check-in, the very polite lady in the reception, the clean room and bathroom!

Great location for exploring Madrid! The staff was also very friendly and helpful, they gave me some good suggestions on where to go. After checkout, I was also able to leave my luggage there so I could go explore the city before I had to go.

Amazing location — everything is within walking distance! The hostel is very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The heater works perfectly, which made the stay even better. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it.

Property was in a beautiful old building in a perfect location close walking distance to everything. Check in was simple and the room was clean and well appointed.

Location was perfect, a 2 min walk to the nearest metro station but honestly we walked to most places as everything was within a 15-20min walk. You are close to most of the main attractions like Royal Palace, Grand Via, San Miguel Market, Sol, La Latina neighbourhood & more

We where very happy with our stay and it met all of our expectations

The location is excellent and the room was very clean. The only downside was that the bed felt a bit small for two people, but overall it was a good stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was confortable (and the heater worked fantastic having in count that it was a cold night), and the room was clean.

The noise isolation is not the best as we could hear noises (showers, talking, steps from above) coming from the rooms around us and from outside.

The Hostal is great value for money. The location cannot be better: half way of the Real Palace and the Prado Museum: the strategic centre of Madrid. Less than five minutes it is the market San Miguel a place to enjoy many deligths of Spanish food. The Hostal staff is so helpful. They are ready and glad to assist clients and gave us an early check in. Carla was so kind with my family. Thanks.

I spent 2 nights at Hostal Art Madrid, and I was very pleased with my overall experience. It has the minimum, but it was sufficient for me. The room is clean, and the service is extremely kind.The floor is quiet. If you plan on going with friends, it's maybe not the best places but if you go with family or partners, it's the ideal spot. As well, the location is really good. Walking distance to many great places.Thanks again to the staff who were kind and helpful.

Location & cleanliness

Location and cleanliness. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is not available on-site; the nearest option is a couple of streets away.

We stayed for two nights and loved the location. However, it was lucky we spent most of our time outside, as the room was incredibly small, especially since we were traveling with a child. The finishes were unexpectedly cheap throughout the room. The walls were covered in painted cement/plaster, and they used plastic parquet boards as a headboard.

location of the property was 10/10. Small room but has everything you need to stay. Even toothbrush, comb and small things like this are available in the room for you.

The price is definitely worth it for this accommodation. It's in a central location close to many attractions and well-connected to public transportation. The staff is really friendly. Luggage storage is available.
