Front desk was very polite and spoke English- A plus.

Location is down a side street that houses homeless people after dark. Granted they are harmless but still little uncomfortable if you're walking from the rail station. Walk is a little further than Marriott implies.

Very quiet room; Excellent breakfast buffet

We loved the breakfast— it had many options to choose from. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Not putting the drinks in the fridge beforehand for us to purchase— this limited our fridge space.

The bed was very comfy and the room was well laid out and spacious. The hotel staff were very nice. Access to the city is excellent. The breakfast was excellent, totally worth adding that to the room. Very convenient to Atocha. The restaurant had some nice selections for dinner if you don't want to leave the hotel.

The neighborhood left something to be desired. Access to Atocha Station is a little odd, so call and ask for the best directions to get to the hotel because Google Maps will direct you wayyyyy off course.

Location and breakfast

Rooms were a bit noisy. If you get a room in the second building, getting there is a bit confusing.

Location is excelent. Near Atocha train station where is direct bus to airport. There are plenty of restorans around. Not so expensive as in the center. More for locals, not always speaking English, but more authentic and good food. Also hotel have a good restaurant, All main attractions is quite close. 10-15 minutes walking. Royal palace - 30 minutes. Not so far. Don't need a taxi or metro. Madrid looks very safe place. Can walk everywhere at any time. Breakfast was good. Always fresh fruits.

Rooms are more appropriate for solo traveler. I read about toilet door which didn't close completely. For me it was not a problem but if it is your first trip with your loved one may be think twice how comfortable it would be.

Great location next to Atocha train station which was perfect to catch the bus to the airport staff are exceptionally friendly.Bfast has a good selection on offer.Housekeeping kept my room tidy and clean.

It would have been lovely to have a kettle and cups in my room as I’m not a coffee drinker.

Rooms generally quiet and very comfy beds.Loving the improved bar area since our May visit, although due to busy few days didn’t get to drink in it. Prices looked favourable.

Noisy Coffee machine in room and tiny, tiny cardboard cups that are provided. Cheap quality loo roll provided, so roll used very quickly. Not keen on see through shower cubicle in room, but shower system itself is excellent.

Nothing was good. Property is pathetic.

Very bad location , opted this hotel after seeing the review, I dnt understand ! There are much better hotels close to the station , this hotel is in very bad location and access to train stations is not possible if you have luggage.

It was nice, the hotel was in the city center, the staff were friendly and everything was pleasant.

Only the shower is open, so if you’re staying as a couple it’s a bit uncomfortable, and the toilet has a glass door and you can hear everything..

Modern and good location for traveling

The noise between rooms,you hear everything.

It has an excellent location — just next to Atocha train station, about a 5-minute walk away. The room has good sound insulation. Although the space isn’t very large, it’s perfectly adequate for two adults, and there’s still enough room to move around even with suitcases opened. Two complimentary bottles of water are provided every day.

The shower room has transparent walls, giving it a bit of a love hotel vibe. The fridge is fully stocked with chargeable snacks and drinks, leaving no space to store your own food. The elevator doesn’t require a room card at all, so anyone can go upstairs and reach the guest room area, which poses a security concern.

Chosen because it was close to Atocha station but realised also walking distance to museums and parks. Close to metro. Lovely room with thoughtful extras including water, coffee capsules and lots of hanging space and places to unpack. Excellent stay.

Confusing walk to room as in 2nd building. But not a problem.

We have been coming to this hotel for many years now. It is convenient for Atocha station.

Not value for money.. noted once again poor management of breakfast room.. we will not be using this hotel again see

Great location close to Atocha Station, making it easy to get around Madrid. The hotel was modern, clean, and the staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We were given a disabled-access room instead of the one shown in the photos, so it wasn’t quite what we expected. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very soft. The gym was tricky to find and had limited equipment, though what was there was high quality.

Our booking was changed to another Hotel within the same Chain due to renovations. It was fine.

Good clean room. Nice pillows and good bed. Quiet air conditioning.
