Far from the center , poor breakfast, dirty chair in the room

Fabulous hotel. Complimentary tea and coffee with fresh pastries daily. To add to the cinema theme, free popcorn too. Room was spacious and really well thought out. Bed was very comfy!

The staff and the energy and the breakfast was amazing!

The beds could be comfortable and the ac was not going down from 17 degrees.

The hotel has extraordinary design in cinema style. It is very creative and artistic. Location is also very good, it's nearby Avenida de America

Breakfest time is too late (8 AM +) and also no tea / coffee in the vicinity of room

Honestly was blown away. It’s perfect gpt a city break. But usually I stay in more luxury options and I found the towels a bit thin and bedsheets a bit rough. This is me being super fussy. It’s an excellent choice that I’d recommend to anyone.

Great hotel in a wonderful location. Fantastic breakfast and a very unique atmosphere. Rooms very modern. Most importantly the staff that attended us was exceptional. Both in the breakfast area and the reception desk. Of note we wanted to underscore the wonderful treatment received from both Alba and Anthony. In the future we will plan to stay here again on our family vacation to Madrid.

Clean and great staff. Good location, near to buses and metro. Choice of restaurants nearby Great movie theme decorations and free popcorn, hot drinks and pastries every day.

Breakfast was good but not amazing. Would have paid a bit more for a better range of choices.

Excellent location (beautiful, green, and safe neighborhood, large selection of cafes/bars and restaurants around, supermarket across the street, public transport stations all around), welcoming and helpful staff (fast processing of check in/checkout, could also store our luggage for a couple of hours before heading to the airport after checking out of the room), clean and quiet room (due to the fact it was not facing the boulevard), very comfortable bed with large selection of pillows, room equipped with effective air conditioning

Fridge and air con not working without hotel card ‘plugged in’ (in our absence, leaving any of them on without leaving a card behind was not possible), bathroom fan not working or missing (just a ventilation in the ceiling), very noisy toilet when flushing

Unlimited breakfasts, air con in room was v efficient, classy design in foyer with the drawings of movie stars. Fridge in room to put water in. Bed was an excellent large size. Free popcorn in foyer :)

My partner is disabled. No seat in shower as requested, no rails for toilet, shower gel and shampoo too far away in shower for a disabled person. The table on one side of the bed is very low, and there was little storage space.

The hotel and the rooms were very nice, had a bar in the hotel which is always good, and the staff were very nice.

Was bit out of the way from the centre, and I feel a little expensive for what it was, maybe they upped the price as the football was being played while I was there.

My room had no view at all. In front of a brick wall.

The effort that has gone into making this hotel fun and quirky hasn't taken away from ensuring it is also spotlessly clean and comfortable with excellent customer service and great food in the restaurant.

It could be cleaner. It was clean but for instance, the walls had stains and this can be waked with a cloth and water and bleach

Very comfy, really nice staff, clean. The free popcorn at the entrance is genius! Highly recommended!

Loudly decorated rooms, very fun. I always stay at Dormirdcine when travelling to Madrid. Close to good little places to eat, comfortable, and walking distance away from el Retiro (about 30 minutes)
